I disagree with the previous negative review. I also have a legitimate mask exemption. I went in today to pick up my order and yes they asked me if I had a mask, but they understood my mask exemption and did not give me any grief at all. People have to remember that all businesses have the fear of God put into them via the threatening of fines, so they are within their right to ask all customers if they have a mask. Once the customer advises of the mask exemption, they will leave you alone. As for the food, I've eaten there a few times and i've always enjoyed their food. Today I ordered a banquet burger with fries and it was exceptional!!! Also for those of you who are able to wear a mask, I encourage you to do so, please don't ruin it for those of us who have legitimate medical conditions!
Addendum to my review above to respond to the owner's comments: This is simply not true. If you are in contact with someone who has tested positive for covid, the 14 day quarantine period would occur regardless if the customer was masked or not, meaning that the risk to the business remains the same regardless if an individual is masked or vaccinated. I encourage you to confirm these facts before making such statements.
Talk about yummy! Friendly service, and great prices for the unexpected feast. I love their poutine with lots of squeaky cheese curds...poppers were awesome too. Definitely coming back for more.
Fire & Ice continues to impress me! They are not just for eating in, call ahead and pick up your order using their easy to navigate online menu. Whether it’s a burger or their fish and chips (which you will be blown away by the portion size) you will not be disappointed . Give them a try once and you’ll be returning for more!

The burger was awesome and the coffee was even better . We drove all the way from tobermory looking for a spot with an espresso machine and this was the first spot. If you are driving up stop here , if you are desperate ob the way back to toronto, this is the spot
I got the Mushroom Swiss Melt with Onion Rings and both things were super delicious and satisfying. The onions rings were super crispy and the onion broke off with each delicious bite. These onions rings are the best I have ever tasted. Excellent service; very quick and very kind.
