Love it. It's good cheap fast and yummy. 4.5 only because the meat quality varies a little bit occasionally. It's awesome friendly service and good food for a great price.

Terrible reviews (Best Pho in Town). Some are these reviews are just so ignorant... I've been too almost every Pho restaurant in the lower mainland yet I always flight find myself coming back here.. Amazing broth, fast service, kind owner & overall good quality Vietnamese food you would expect! TRY IT

New management brings smaller but tastier portions. Not the best pho, have to go to Kingsway for that, but stll pretty good. The entrees are okay, a step up from food court food but no van Lang (we miss you still Mdm Rose).

By far the best pho soup I have found. Lots of chicken and yes a real chicken breast. Great hot sauce. 8 dollars for a large soup. the beaf is also very good quality. I have seen so much worse. Will and have come back whenever in town.

I ordered the large Pho Ga (chicken pho) for $7.50. Instead of the beef broth used for regular pho, the chicken pho was made with a mild chicken broth. There were lots of big pieces of pulled chicken breast floating on top of the soup, however the meat was a bit dry.
