The pizza is GREAT!! WOW the cheese is delicious the sauce is extraordinary and the service is super friendly! Our food also came very very quick. Definitely a good pizza stop located in Manotick

Was there again on Saturday and it was fantastic.
It does not get any better than a wood burning stove, beautiful sauce and excellent tasting crust.
You want to taste the ingredients fist and then the dough of the crust.
A pizza restaurant should be judged first by it's cheese pizza (which I had) get it right and the rest will be good and they hit it out of the park.
I left full and not bloated, the way it should be.
I always recommend this place to everyone I know.
We should be fortunate that we have place like this in our city.

Love the pizzas here. The favours speak for themselves made on a thin neapolitan crust. You watch them prepare your pizza and in a 700 degree wood fired oven means your order is ready quick. Individual 12inch which I to often finish myself its so good. Staff are great always willing to explain the toppings and the process. I just wish they were closer to my place.
Yum! That is probably all I need to say. These guys make the most delicious authentic thin crust wood oven pizza. They have all kinds of topping and choices. There is a pizza to suit every taste. All the toppings are fresh and generously sprinkled. The crust is crispy. Yum!
Easily the best pizza I've had in years. The dough and sauce are delicious! Reminds me of traveling thru Italy (and the closest we'll get for a while, thanks covid). Great place; family run, super friendly, cool patio or takeout options... They cut one Margherita for us to eat right out of oven (ohhh my, we didn't make it past the curb before it was gone 🤣) and the others we reheated in oven for 2 minutes at home and it was perfect. If you're looking for authentic thin crust pizza, enjoy!
Tried this place for the first time yesterday, and will definitely be back! As other reviewers have noted, all the ingredients are fresh and the end product is all the better for it. The ovens give the pizzas a very artisanal sort of flavor, which is a nice change from all of the big chain pizzas that we usually get. The service was also excellent.
The best wood fired pizza I've ever had. It's definitely a hidden gem in Manotick that everyone needs to experience at least once! I've been going here for a few years now and the service, food and vibe is unmatched.

The chef and I believe it was the owner (I should've gotten his name, apologies), came up to us to give us our pizza himself, and invited us back when(hopefully) patio season opens up!
