Great eating experience. I was dead tired from walking and driving around all day, so I was probably a bit spacey the whole time to take in the surroundings. But, the staff were really fun and friendly. It was super packed around dinner on a random weekday evening in May 2020. We got a smoked salmon club sandwich and a pear and prosciutto pizza. Both very good.
I mean… this is everything you want! The seafood chowder was so big my husband and I split it with our delicious lobster rolls. The soup had at least 6 mussels, 2 scallops and a whole bunch of delicious other seafood and potatoes. The rolls were FULL of delicious lobster, and not made overly complicated so the lobster was front and center. It’s a small spot and almost full at 2:30pm on a Monday in May. Would recommend making a reservation if you can! Delicious.
Had a lovely stay in the waterfront queen room. Everything was nice and clean, bed was comfortable, and view was pretty. Everything we wanted to see was in walking distance. There was parking on the street in front, we needed change for the meter during the day but not overnight. We could hear some sound travel from the other guests rooms, but it was not disruptive. There is a flight of stairs to get up to the room. Was a pleasure to visit!
My friend and I were visiting Lunenberg and took a recommendation to dine at salt shaker deli. The staff were helpful and friendly. The food was wonderful. I had the burger special with beet salad and my friend had the mushroom pizza with added Genoa salami. Both were exceptional. We were both blown away with the flavours. Would highly recommend
A great place. Even though it's a bit small but we were welcomed with broad smile and warmth. The food was incredibly good. The atmosphere in the restaurant and the service were excellent. All staff made sure we were comfortable and satisfied with the service. Highly recommended for friends and family.
Location is really good. They have an outdoor seating option with an amazing view of golf club and ocean. I didn't like the taste much but happy with the overall service. It seems usually people have to wait to get the table but we got in 5 minutes.
A must stop-in if you're visiting this lovely town. The staff is incredible. The service is impeccable. The food is to die for. I went in with a group of friends and we were all so impressed a out the whole experience. I will definitely stop in again. Nothing but love for this place. 😁
We had great seating inside in a little room off to the side, there was one other table in the room with people sitting at it. The staff was very friendly and had a list of specials and recommendations. We had a house made iced tea where they bring the simple syrup so you can sweeten it to your own licking, a bourbon lemonade, a bacon burger and the daily special which was a seafood chowder and half a lobster roll. The lobster roll was delicious. The seafood chowder had little tiny shrimps but the scallops were HUGE. We both really enjoyed our meal and would return again.
