Every 6 months I give kfc a chance praying it will be like the kfc from my childhood and 9 out if 10 times I'm disappointed. However the newly renovated restaurant had the best food I've had in years from this location. Hopefully it is a sign of things to come. Also this location is open till 3am Every day.
The store was clean and the chicken was okay.
The coleslaw is extremely and terribly sweet, it feels like they just pour in condensed milk in there, they need to learn how to make proper coleslaw from IGA. We had to leave behind 80% of this large coleslaw :(
As for the gravy, it was okay.
$28.73 ($24.99 before tax) for a set of 6 pcs of chicken and mediocre Large coleslaw that is not good and acceptable gravy is not worth it.
Get 2 x set of 4 pcs of chicken and 2 small sides for 2 x $14.94 ($12.99 before tax) instead because you’ll get 8 pcs of chicken and 4 x small sides.
Nice well decorated new KFC. Huge parking.
It took longer than i expected, however overll better than other KFC in Montreal.
Honestly, my husband and I had lost all hope getting good food at any KFC restaurant. We noticed this KFC has been renovated. Decided to give it a try and it was a lot better than we expected
I visited this location about 2 years ago and vowed to never come back, the employees were terrible, the service was non existent - it was so dirty and grimey. The food was cold, the drinks were so watered down.
Today, I noticed they had completely renovated and appeared to have new management, I was hungry and decided to take a chance 🤷🏻♀️
The manager taking my order was so efficient and friendly, service was so fast and the place was astonishingly clean. Bravo for the new team and renovations!
I was hesitant to return to this location after seeing all the negative reviews. I ordered and paid online about 10 minutes before I arrived. When I arrived, the restaurant was only accessible via drive-thru and there were at least 12 cars ahead of me. I called the restaurant to see if I had to wait in line and the worker graciously asked me to park and offered to bring my order out to me. Another polite worker brought out my order. No items were missing, the portions were generous, and the taste was classic KFC. No complaints here, but I'm sure the people who went through the drive-thru weren't too happy. Oh, and I learned today that they now serve biscuits like they do in the States! Yum!!!
Very good experience!! They were closing and cleaning and they let me go in to make my order and I think the boss named kayem (sorry if I'm mistaken) and Teo they were super nice and I loved the food! 🙏🏼
I ordered a 14 piece meal last week and it was dark. I called back to tell them and they offered me a full meal replacement. I picked up the replacement yesterday and it was great. Thank you
