I tried the 2 hottest sauces they have, very delicious wings and they got some heat. Might need a little extra sauce on the side to really get it popping. Good portions/ value. Fair selection of sauces and sides. I'm going back soon I hope. Had excellent serivce while I was there. Thanks loose rooster.

Ordered wings from this location. Got a pound of each flavour and when we got them home we were shocked to see nine tiny wings per box. While the flavours were ok, not great but ok, there was little to no meat per wing. We had a scale handy and chose to weigh one of the full boxes which came in at roughly 9 ounces (the box itself is 1 ounce so 8 ounces of wings). A pound is 16 ounces which means we were charged for five pounds when we got maybe half of that. Will not order from again and urge others to avoid. Edit: Went there again after we were comped for the meal. Was better handled this time and appreciate the owner handling it for us. Bumped up the rating thanks to the changes to the naked wings.

Pretty decent chicken and sauces. Tried the boneless on the Thursday promo and the serving sizes were pretty respectable. Chicken wasn't overcooked, but could use a bit more flavor to round things out.

Friendly staff and quick service. Well priced wings as well as delicious. My new wing place in London. I highly recommend trying it out.

This restaurant was recommended to me and I would recommend going forward. Food quality was very good, the four sauces I tried were excellent. (Flying rooster, buffalo rooster, garlic Parmesan, and salt/pepper.) Do not go with the cheaper “buffalo wings” as they’re sub par compared to their regular menu wings, and do not have their buffalo rooster sauce on them. I was given the wrong pickup order and took it home but placed a phone call they were exceptionally polite and apologetic. The food was remade very quickly.

Awesome wings. Good size. Sauces are great. A couple of additional choices in the medium heat category would be nice. Good service. Only complaint is when they are busy, you just get this voicemail that I don't think is really checked so you have to keep calling back every 5 minutes until you reach someone. They should allow those who call to wait in queue until someone can pick up or at least indicate in the voicemail whether they will call back any time soon or not.

Very good wings, with lots of different flavors to choose from, including dry rub options. We also had the deep-fried pickles which were eaten quite quickly. Service was fast and courteous. Will be trying again in the near future. The price is okay (and yes a little frustrating), but comparable to other wing places like this.

Been here a few times. Wings are big. The sauces are flavourful. Asked for extra sauce and got it. 10 bucks for a pound (1/2 price till April on sundays) is as good a price as you’re going to find around. I wouldn’t get the sides again mind you. The curly fries were definitely not worth it and the onion rings were meh. But if looking for the wings this place is great. Now, they are apparently rebranding in April with new owners so I will revisit later to see if these are still the best wing for the buck around

Edit: Went back again today (Sept. 11) and tried the Parmesan boneless wings. Fantastic crew, every time I've gone in I've had excellent customer service and the wings were even better! I will be back again soon! Went to the Loose Rooster for the first time today. Amazing customer service, she greeted me right away, when I ordered, she was very helpful not only did she make an amazing recommendation (honey garlic) but she also told me about a deal on wings which saved me money!
