I can't say enough about this company when they first moved from Baseline Road I was heart broken because I did not know where they moved to. I was delighted to find them on White Oak rd right across from Goodwill. The ice cream they make is fantastic and the staff are very friendly. I now hold my ice cream social there for my clients and they all have said how good the ice cream was. Eric has been great to work with and he lets me set up a tent on the large front lawn where I can greet my clients. If you are looking for exceptional ice cream and great service stop by they are open every day.
This location is tucked into a bit of a weird spot. But that being said, they have had some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had. Also, their portion sizes are huge! Provides the value to the price, just be conscious of that when ordering, but I do believe more ice cream is never a problem.
One of the beauties of London, Ontario is small gems that one may accidentally run into. Case in point, London Ice Cream Company, located in a small road and away from busy main street! An unpretentious, good ice cream factory where one can enjoy some amazing ice cream!
My understanding is that London Ice Cream has been around for 25+ has continues to amaze Londoners with its creamy "old fashion" ice cream.
They truly make quality ice cream. The ice cream is made in premis and each tub is filled with love, care and quality to serve the clients.
I wish we had such an old fashioned ice cream company in Toronto!

Best ice cream around! 🍦 Love the variety, and the consistency of the quality. Staff are always friendly and quick! We always stay and eat at the the picnic tables. Learned yesterday that London Ice Cresm uses the actual butter cream, vs Shaw’s who only uses the butter fat (cheaper option). Amazing value for your money! Highly recommend for sure ☺️
Great ice cream spot. The outside is a little dodgy but don't judge the book by the cover so to say.
It's been at this location since 1998 and still going strong. The original moose track ice cream.
Prices are fair and the ice cream is made on site.
Limited parking and do have gluten free options.
Great little gem of London. Still remember when it was a smaller operation, but it's maintained the mom and pop feel. Great flavourful selection including no sugar added varieties. Whether you want a scoop, a pint or the "barrel ends" che k out their "now scooping" on their web page, they change flavors often
I visited the ice cream shop yesterday. I have to say the two young ladies were awesome. Caydence and Lydia were funny and courteous. Very patient as it took me forever to choose. Thanks girls for making it a great experience!
This ice cream is so amazing! Plus pink is my fav colour sooo it's a plus! But no really they have good selection of scoop icecream. Lots of Sugar free ice cream for the diabetics and people watching their sugar. Also I'm mild lactose and this icecream doesn't seem to bother me. They have icecream cakes for fun occasions. Its clean inside and also wheel chair friendly. It is very small inside so sometimes there is a line out the door but it's worth the wait. They have Waffle cones and regular cones. The seating outside is a bonus, sit down with friends/family or even your doggy and enjoy your delicious icecream. I'll be a forever customer.
One of the hottest weather years to date and what better way to kick summer then some icecream and oh man London Ice Cream Company carries the best and most flavorful icecream you will ever have. The 2L tubs come at a great price at 10.99 and many of the flavors have that pure vanilla cream taste you cant get in other branded ice cream places.
praline, extreme cookie monster, moose tracks, carnival cotton are all excellent flavors to choose from and a great tub to bring for family or friends.
Good selection of ice cream. Many of them are new to me. I'll be returning for sure!
