Probably the best coffee in London honestly. It's a bit pricey for the small cup sizes, but the quality is well worth it for a special treat. Lots of nice rotating seasonal menu items, and the baked goods they have are generally quite delicious. Well worth a stop in if you're looking for a nicer treat.

Super cute café! Adorable themed inside, filled with hidden ducks and a great variety on the menu to select from. They have homemade baked goods available as well. I got a London fog, and my friend got a Matcha latte, and we both agreed that the teas could be brewed a little stronger. However, it was still delicious! The staff are super friendly and add to the atmosphere, and there is plenty of seating and good lighting for airy vibes. If you’re lucky, you might get a little duck to take home!

Great local rustic cafe. Cozy and welcoming place. I got French toast latte , and it was really good. Basically it's good to go and grab coffee, some tables outside if you want to enjoy a sunny day. I have not tried their food yet, I will definitely go back.

Super cute cafe! The food is incredible (we got a brownie and a cinnamon sugar bun) and the tea is even better. They had a ton of coffee selections too that I want to go back and try. The atmosphere is really chill and we dined in to enjoy the vibe. The barristas were super friendly. Overall a great experience. It seems like a great study spot.

Very good place if you are a coffee connoisseur, if you like vegan donuts but only on Fridays, if you love hipster baristas and petting other patrons' dogs. Best old fashioned glazed in the city!!!!

One of the best coffee shops in town, in my opinion. Great bean selection for you to make at home as well as a great selection of drinks and foods to enjoy there or on the go. Friday is a tasty treat when they get in a selection of amazing doughnuts 🥰🥰

A lovely selection of coffee and snacks. Set beside a railroad, ergo Locomotive Express, and the decor of a train station. It even has a model railroad and cars perched high above the seating area that travels in circles around the room.

The ambience is lovely, and the staff are warm and friendly. I particularly enjoyed the chocolate biscotti and lemon raspberry loaf - they were absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming atmosphere with great treats

very very small location - we couldn’t find a seat and it was pretty busy and loud. however, it’s very cute inside :) i got a honey latte and ordered it hot but they gave it to me iced, honestly i didn’t mind and drank it anyways. pretty good!

The French toast iced latte I had was delicious. Seats were limited (understandably) so I didn't stay to dine in but the atmosphere was lovely

Love the dairy free brownies- so yummy! Lovely patio area to sit out enjoy the sunshine. One of the best spots in London for a coffee.

A small community coffee shop in the middle of downtown London. What a beautiful find. Lots of seating outside and the coffee was delicious. To my surprise the mentioned all of their baked goods are gluten free! #glutenfree #gf #localguides

A great coffee shop. Small , cozy and beautiful. The espresso is amazing and the staff is very friendly, been there few times And i love their coffee and the atmosphere . Reasonable prices. A great place for a quick escape from life stress. Totally recommend

Best espresso coffee we’ve had in London so far! These guys really know their stuff. And their grilled cheese sandwich is just perfection with a lovely crust and a cheesy pull. Have it with their bacon jam, you won’t regret it! Can’t wait to try more of their food offerings.

Really good espresso, drinks can be a hit and miss. But their espresso and coffee is always a win. It's a really quaint atmosphere, sometimes it's too busy to get a table but the turnover is usually fairly quick

Finally a decent coffee shop in London, Ontario. Locomotive Espresso is a great addition to the Old North neighborhood. I love the coffee and the food, all locally prepared. Prices are not cheap but I am happy to support a local initiative!<br/><br/>Service was really slow today, and drinks were served to friends of staff first rather then in order sequence...wasn't impressed.

Great coffee, friendly staff, cozy atmosphere. I only wish they had better sizing for the price! I ordered a Iced Matcha Latte this time and my drink was mostly ice, very little liquid. The iced dirty chai is a must though! You have to sit down here and get a slice of toast though, they have over 10 different spreads that you can choose from, one of them being pistachio butter! If that doesn't make this place awesome then you must be allergic to nuts (unfortunate, but I tried it for you so you can rest easy). If you're in the area I would definitely pick Locomotive over Starbucks any day!

We have been going to this spot since it opened, maybe once a month on Saturday mornings to grab a coffee on our way home from the market. The last few times we have gone I was less than impressed. They used to be friendly and welcoming, the last few times we have not experienced this. The customer service level you experience for the price you pay is not there. You get better service from a Tim's or Starbucks than you do here.

LOVE!. Absolutely love everything about this place - I've been there a few times now and I always get the flat white and a nice big yogurt granola bowl, which is so big I usually take some home for later. I like that it's kid-friendly even though I don't have kids - it feels like it's a cafe for everyone rather than being snobby or exclusively for young hipster types. LOVE the board games that you can play. Really high quality coffee.

So I was looking to get some lunch today and I had driven by this coffee shop on previous occasions and thought I'd give it a try.<br/><br/>Well I must say when I got there, I should"ve taken the rather small parking lot and challenge of parking my car as an early warning sign of things to come.<br/><br/>I entered a quaint and updated shop of essentially an old north home converted into a coffee place to uncover an ambiance that was trying to be some hip Seattle or West Coast urban granola hang out, which it's not.<br/><br/>I order an iced latte not sure what to expect and it turns out to be a cold drink of seemingly rich cream filled three quarters with a shot of espresso. It was the richest drink I've ever had. I literally dumped it when I left. It was terrible. Cost 6 bucks or so. I ordered a 9 dollar Turkey sandwich on some sort of focaccia bread smaller then your avg sliced bread. Turkey was nothing special just your run of the mill Loblaws or Sobey deli meat pressed between some arugula and I think provolone cheese. It was pressed in a grill. I had two bites and threw it out. Spent 15 bucks on the worst meal and drink I've ever had for that price in the city. Will never go back.

Lovely atmosphere. Cute spot, excellent location. Lots of tables and chairs which makes it easy to grab a seat. I had an Americano and it was incredible. It was also only $2 which was great! Can't wait to come back and try some of their other drinks and maybe some snacks too.
