We ordered a smoked pull pork garden salad and a bacon cheese burger with oatmeal stout( dark craft beer). The food was great, the beer was just okay.. a bit blend. overall the atmosphere and staff were great and friendly. I’d love to come back in summer to enjoy the patio.

Pie Eyed Monks is another fantastic experience in the downtown core of Lindsay Ontario. They offer a fantastic menu, Great service, Craft Beers and an excellent atmosphere for all occasions. If it's date night, family dinner or just a night out with your friends, this is a place you don't want to pass up! They also probably have the best Ceaser in town ! And the pizza is top notch!
Our dinner date at the Pie Eyed Monk could not have been more perfect! This was our first visit and we were so pleased with every aspect of our experience. The ambience and very easy entry was a great start with having mobility issues. We were seated in a nice area by a very pleasant hostess. The service was excellent from the first glass of ice water to the full meal! Our selections were exceptional. The Ragu pasta and fish and chips were simply delicious! We enjoyed every course so very much. The Brownie with the beer caramel sauce is not to be missed! So tasty! This was our first visit but certainly will not be our last . Can’t wait to join you again! Thank you for a superb meal!
What a great find in downtown Lindsay! Restored old building now home to this fantastic restaurant and craft brewery. Super staff, great food and beer. Lots of construction so we stayed inside, but looks like a very nice patio. Worth the drive to Lindsay! Well done 'drunk' Monk!!
First time at the monk. Building was really nice, fairly old with some renovations. Saw number of families eating (always a good sign). Staff was amazing and helpful on recommendations. Beer was tasty, the first response and cranberry lager stood out as great. Got the cranberry to go, large grower was great price. Friends really enjoyed it at a cottage. Will be back.
Went here for a wedding. What an amazing venue. This hybrid brewery, bar, restaurant banquet hall was exquisitely decorated with a beautiful ambiance. Food was excellent, service was excellent.
Nice spot for beers and pizza in a cute little town. Really liked the DGHA and Second Act beers and wished they were colder. Have tried the Make Your Own pizza and were happy. Thin crust, quality ingredients, and nice flavour.
What we appreciated most was Josie’s 5 stars service. As for beers, Josie, made a great recommendation based on my preference. She also volunteered to take a picture of my hubby and I and then, grabbed the bottle of water and stuff from the table to make a super neat photo.
Josie kept checking on us frequently, was very diligent, and all in all, made our experience very pleasant. Thank you Josie!
