The cheese curds were so fresh and delicious and squeaky. The gravy was amazing, the perfect balance of flavors. The fries were perfectly cooked and crispy. The staff were friendly.
Nice poutine with a lot of cheese. And great cheese that is. Fries were fine too. Not enough sauce for me. Keep in mind this is a cafeteria style restaurant. Don't expect the greatest service.

Make the line-up, order at the counter , wait for you meal, and off you go find a place to sit with your tray in hand. Driving through the Quebec city region, we would always stop at Normandin or Ashton for a poutine so we wanted to do something different. No regrets! The classic poutine is well worth it and we will be stopping by again for sure! The cheese is amazing.
The food is super delicious! The service is excellent: quick, clean, and courteous. Big indoor and outdoor restaurant, huge parking lot. A must go-to!

Great fromagerie with an excellent menu. Love stopping in for some bags of curds when traveling through the province by car.
Reasonably priced, and the best poutine I've had. Conveniently right off the highway
They make very good cheese. It’s cool that you can see the production being done there. The smoked meat poutine was delicious.
