Review Restaurant L'intimiste - Levis

We had a wonderful dinner, with excellent service. My husband had the calamari appetizer, the seafood fettuccine, finished with banana chocolate cake, with chocolate sauce. I enjoyed the plat du chef: excellent marinated steak with potatoes gratin, finished with cheesecake covered with fresh strawberries, and a strawberry coulis. Excellent: would recommend.

Service was extremely slow (took over an hour to get our entrees), but the food was the best. Every detail had been taken care of, and it showed. Get the creme brulee for dessert : it's the best dessert i've ever tasted in my life.

Subsequent to our visit, which we thoroughly enjoyed, a resident of Levis said that we had chosen the best restaurant in the city. The food and the service were excellent. The waiter's ability to parry with my New York sense of humor, added to the enjoyment of the evening. Combine that with his ability to produce an extra dry cold Grey Goose Martini, gives him five stars. After a wonderful bowl of soup, I had the veal sweetbreads and my wife had the beef tartare. We ended the meal with homemade strawberry cheesecake. If you are in Quebec City, cross the bridge to Levis, and enjoy a five star meal.

Great place with an amazing veal dish!

Arrived for an early dinner, 5 PM on a Saturday, we were able to get a table without a reservation but it appears reservations are recommended. All of the food was incredible and flavorful. The staff were attentive, prompt and friendly. Pricing was as expected for the quality of food and the great service and atmosphere.

A very charming experience. The service was impeccable and the meal to die for. Entirely the perfect experience for our early Valentine's day celebration. The restaurant even assisted my boyfriend in his plan of surprising me with fresh flowers halfway through the meal!!

Service, mélange des saveurs, petites attentions, tout y est pour passer un magnifique moment! Bravo à toute l'équipe!

J'ai connu le 1er intimiste des années 90. Et c'était ma première fois à celui-ci. Très bon, joli décor, service merveilleux où la serveuse n'a mis aucune pression respectant notre rythme. J'ai déjà recommandé l'Intimiste à quelques personnes depuis mon souper de vendredi. ;)

Intestins des crevettes tempura non retiré (non deveiné) , salade du gravlax dont on a échappé le vinaigre dedans... salade de betterave (en conserve de cafétérias) sans vinaigrette, des petits poils/graines dans le lait du café et pour finir, un brownie caramel salé tellement raide qu’il fallait un couteau et bien de la volonté pour me créer des bouchées. Aucun mot à dire sur le ris de veau (très bon). Malheureusement, le souper ne valait pas 150$ !!! Aucune excuse du personnel pour les crevettes (qu’on a pas mangé) et les poils... aucun rabais à la facture ... je n’y retournerai jamais et ne le recommanderai pas.

Souper (12 personnes) chez une amie avec comme traiteur le cuisinier de l'intimiste... tout simplement INCROYABLE!... un must! Super sympathique en plus... À refaire. MErci!

Tout est goûteux, bien assaisonné et les portions sont belles. La tarte au chocolat, fromage bleu et griottes était malade! Service irréprochable.

Sauce des escargots trop salé. Tataki de thon sans intérêt. Plus jamais.

Sublime, voilà le mot juste. Je vous recommande ce restaurant sans héster.

Un délice sur toute la ligne! Des mets archi savoureux et le service est impeccable!

Excellent service cote lounge. Repas excellent! WoW! À refaire! Et à faire si vous n'y êtes jamais allé!
