I like my steak WELL done. I know, I know, everyone says, that's not how you eat steak. :) Well I'm paying the 40 bucks, so I want it well done :) It was still pink when I got it, but they took it back to the kitchen and cooked it a little more. I was happy with my steak. It's a pretty good place, I'd go back again.
My partner, his daughter and I went to the Water Tower for my birthday dinner. We had a good meal and a nice view of the city. It was a lot better then we were expecting and we will definitely be coming here again!
Stopped in for dinner for a special occasion. The restaurant was clean with an awesome view. The service was top notch and the food was amazing. We tried calamari to start and for my dinner I selected the lasagna. Everything on the menu sounded good.
We got the dumplings and seared salmon. Well made, great price for the quality. Service was always there but not annoying. Great people will be going back. No pictures of the view that's something you just have to experience.
The water tower has a really great atmosphere, an upbeat place with nice decor. We loved the picora appetizer and the blood orange medicine hat beer. The Thai lunch and chimichanga were fairly good and the pricing was reasonable. Clearly one of the places to be in Lethbridge, it was very busy. I recommend making a reservation in advance on a Friday night.
The dishes here are high end quality. The servers (Lindsey) are really knowledgeable. Living in New Orleans here for work and I'm blown away. I asked her to surprise me, with a few choices. She even chose the wine... Nailed it. Might be a smaller town but y'all got a gem!
Such a great meal. Bacon wrapped perogies to start followed by the chicken special and the chocolate cake special. The food was amazing from start to finish.
Great service provided by Ryan who was only on the job for a week as he said. Excellent server, smiling, friendly and always making sure you are good.
Cool view from the restaurant. Excellent overall experience and would definitely go back when in area again.
June 12, 2022 update. We came here with a largish group and although the food was very good and the experience was great, my evening was kind of wrecked a bit by the waitress being unprofessional at the very end with a missunderstanding about the gratuity. I think it'll be a while before we go back. Original post: First of all the service was fantastic! The servers were attentive and helpful without being pushy or hovering. The decor is really nice. Comfortable with nice colors and a fantastic view. The food tasted great! I had steak frites which was perfectly cooked and I really liked the peppercorn sauce. My husband had the chimichanga and he said he would order it again even though it ended up being a bit messy. The creme brule was a tiny bit over done on one side but really no complaints because it tasted so good. The menu had a great selection. We will certainly be back!
