Amazing staff! They are patient and kind with kids, offered my kids each a free sprinkle cone. Also will do whatever they can to make sure they find a flavor for you to enjoy, we often buy pints and they will mix up with toppings if they don't have it in the freezer. Will always choose this location due to the staff/owners!

Small ice cream business on west side that has specialty cones that are to die for in 6 packs w/special sugar cones. You can order from pre made frozen cones or build your own. Pricey but delicious just the same. Well done!

I live in Calgary but am extremely unimpressed with the small ice cream servings and overall customer care and dollar value in Marble Slabs in Calgary. The only Marble Slab I will take my family to is this one in WEST Lethbridge. It's worth going out of your way for. NOT the South side MSC. Only the West Side. The family who originally owned it, and the new owners work together and are all SO generous and friendly - they add a little extra to the ice-cream servings which we have found nowhere else! What a breath of fresh air in a world of never ending product & quality minimalization and corporate profiteering. I've got autoimmune and not even to have dairy, but its our ritual to stop at West Side Marble slab on the trip back from visiting family and I can't resist the awesome special cone they make for me. This local Marble Slab is truly 5 start and deserves community support! Give DQ and the others a miss - and go to Westside Marble Slab. Plus they always have great downloadable coupon deals!

When you go there for the first time they explain you pick an ice cream and with whatever toppings you want and they mix it together. It's yummy but the dipped cones are not worth it in my opinion.
