If you want a roaster and coffee joint that passionately puts/will put their heart and soul into the the coffee being served, these are your guys. Amazing coffee, amazing team. Red engine is the only reason I attend the farmers market, and every time it closes for the year, my heart sinks. Can't wait for the opening.
