Went to Plum for supper last night, we had a reservation for 530 but arrived at 5. They sat us immediately. Amanda was super cheerful and her suggestion of the Red Hummingbird cocktail was 100% on point, sooo good. We ordered the cheese plate for an appetizer and the blue cheese/coffee/honey aspect threw me, but trusting Amanda we tried it all together and that was freaking amazing! My husband ordered the beef tenderloin, I had the Cornish game hen and we ordered an extra side of potatoes and veggies for our 1.5yr old son. The steak was melt in your mouth fantastic, the hen was juicy and the sauce that came with it made the perfect little bite with the garlic mashed potatoes. The atmosphere was great, the food was phenomenal and the staff were just fantastic. Coming back again for sure, next time without the little one. Thanks Amanda and Ryan for everything!
First time going to plum, I took my mom for a girls dinner. I was expecting pricey, but for the quality of the food it's definitely worth the price! Loved the atmosphere. Our server was AMAZING! She was so nice, and very good to answer questions! Me and my mom had the bruschetta, it was definitely the best I've ever had. So fresh! I also had their Manhatten chowder soup, it was delicious. Nothing I've ever had before! Something I could eat every day. And we both had the tenderloin, oh my, it was amazing and delicious, I would recommend it to anyone! And for dessert, the parfeit! Never have I heard of pickled blueberries, but they were great!

This is a hidden gem in a burger and steak town. This restaurant has the highest caliber of staff and menu items found in the highest end large city restaurants. It is refreshing that someone dares to bring highest quality food and menu items.
For years now the wife and I have been saying to each other "We should try Plum". Well I am very mad that we did not go in years ago. What a fantastic meal and service. To good was top shelf. I was also pleased to see a good selection of Alberta craft beer on the menu. This is now my number one place to go for a up scale dinner experience. PS... the beef tenderloin is fantastic!!!!!

I love Plum, it is hands down one of the best restaurants in Lethbridge. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the food is spectacular. I would HIGHLY recommend.
My sister and I went for lunch at Plum yesterday and it was an excellent experience. Very friendly service, quick lunch that was delicious and a very light, tasty dessert. We both loved the ambiance and bubbling energy in the restaurant. I would highly recommend Plum’s lunch menu. Enough choice, great salads and soup to choose from and the presentation is very cool. The best part was that lunch was FREE yesterday!! What a way to get customers in to try your food and experience the quality and rich flavors. Way to go Plum!!
I am in love with this amazing down town restaurant! Lunch is my favorite time! Sit on the patio! Have a glass of wine!? The food is soooooooo good, and very reasonably priced. I find it basically the same as State and Main for example.... and the personalized, intimate dinning experience is worth so much more! Thanks for always being so yummy!
Stopped by today by my lonesome. Plum is one of the most welcoming and friendly places downtown. The kitchen and front of house staff are the best humans in the world.....not to mention the super cocktails and food. (And coffee. Do you like coffee? Do you not like coffee? It doesn't matter. You will love coffee now.) love u plum
Plum staff catered a large wedding for us and did a fabulous job! Everyone loved the food and service. They went above and beyond to make the day beyond special, from creating custom cocktails to tracking down wine for our day! I can't reccomend them enough!
Never had a meal here that disappointed! Great food! Friendly staff and amazing atmosphere!!! A must go if you appreciate good food!
I was visiting lethbridge for work and decided to eat at Plum based on Google reviews. Ate by myself during early dinner time at the bar. It was absolutely delicious and a great experience! The ambience was warm and inviting. Great background music. Staff were super friendly. The cocktails were all carefully crafted and well thought out. Definitely try their sparkling Rosie (could be wrong about the spelling). I ordered foie gras for appetizers and ribs with jamacain jerk sauce. The ribs were super tender, moist and well seasoned. They also had a promotion where your ribs meal is free if you roll a double with a pair of dies. And I won! They honored their word and the ribs were on the house. Overall, a very enjoyable experience. A gem in lethbridge. I'll definitely come again on my next visit.

Such a beautiful restaurant! The food looked so appetitizing to the eyes and tasted like angels singing in my mouth! The beef tenderloin sous bmvide I had melted in my mouth, it was that tender! The servers we're super helpful and absolutely a charm !
Took my oldest son here for lunch and was treated great ... we both had vegan sandwiches and shared with each other to experience two unique styles of sandwich.
After looking for a nice local spot and trying a few different places Plum definitely sits at the top of my list. Most other spots around Lethbridge seem a little old or out dated, or all the new spots seem to just be coffee shops.
Plum has fantastic food and an amazing staff. If you are looking for something nicer and don't want to go to the same old restaurant chains, but rather find something local with great variety this is the best spot in Lethbridge.
This place serves amazing veggie food, delicious drinks and has the best and most attentive service in Alberta! We arrived early and with a toddler (not the easiest crowd), they did everything to make us feel comfortable and at home. Nothing was a problem food/drinks wise with the little one and even colouring items were offered to us. Highly recommended the place for both food/beverages and service!
