Great place for cooked meals that are frozen. They take special care with their ingredients, since they provide balanced meals for patients (they are recommended by the CLSC). The staff is super friendly and they have many choices of dishes. The food is better than M&M and nutrionally sound. Very great place, I highly recommend

Tres belle experience ! La dame qui a pris mon appel était à l’écoute , patiente et a sus répondre à mes besoins . Les plats sont succulents , de bonnes portions généreuses , on a remplacé le riz par des pommes de terres comme j’avais demandé . Une belle découverte . Tres bons choix de repas pour tous les goûts , à ne pas manquer . Tout cela de façon abordable .
