I love this restaurant. Best oven pizza in Laval. Authentic italian food, pasta of the day are also amazing. Family atmosphere, great service.
We started with a ton of appetizers, our favourite is always the bacio; little balls of dough are stuffed with prosciutto cotto, mushrooms, ricotta and mozzarella to make bite size calzone style pizza bites. It’s our favourite appetizer at Bottega, and they are sold individually so you can order as many as you like. They always arrive covered in arugula and parmigiana, we’re salivating just thinking of them.
Tried the Polpetta (meatballs) and are like home made.
The arancinis are to die for, balls of rice stuffed with melted cheese battered.
I loved one of the signature dishes the Tronchetto (log) pizza the crust was spot on (not chewy) the Doug is rolled and stuffed with 4 different Italian cheeses and a topping of Parmesan and prosciutto.
I'm really looking forward to return and try the pizzas with red sauce, prepared with San Marzano tomatoes.
The place was crowded, despite this the service was excellent.
Glad they opened in Laval. Flawless service and food! Second time there and neither I or the people I was with were disappointed. Ingredients are fresh, cooking is authentic and staff is knowledgeable.
Great pizza. I have to disagree with Peter Kelly. The price is very reasonable and the food is great. The tomato sauce is authentic and the dough is Napolitano so more bready than thin crust crunchy. Service professional and friendly. Think I'll go tonight!!
Awesome. Apparently, Peter Kelly eats way too much Indian food and it has burned his tastebuds.
Bottega is classic, authentic italian pizza. The crust, the sauce, the fresh ingredients....its making me drool. Overpriced? Probably. But don't order drinks and wine and etc etc and expect to pay the same as you would to the delivery guy.
Other than pizza, try the gelato. Good stuff, seasonal, fresh.
Overall, good dining experience.
I dont know what this first reviewer is talking about its an amazing place of course if you are a dominoes or boston pizza junkie then you dont know the taste of your mouth lol . Its a true amazing place i recommend you to try it anyday! Especially the calzone wooow Great job guys!!

I want to bottega for the first time for a work party and it was hands thé thé best Italian restaurant I’ve been too!
The staff was very friendly in answering my questions, telling me about the lastest specials and really knew the menu well!
I recommended literally a lot of things on the menu especially the lamp piece which is 10/10 juicy🥵
The portions are decently sized to really enjoy a appetizer, main dish and desert for a good fair price for the quality you are recieving.

The service was great and I really liked the Panozzo (Basically, a grilled cheese with eggplant and prosciutto) plus the calamari. Nice atmosphere to boot.

The crust was perfectly charred and chewy and all of the ingredients tasted fresh. I also appreciate that they don’t pre-cut the pizza for you in case you wanted to chow down the traditional fork-and-knife way or cut it into slices. But my complaints are that the pizza arrived a bit cold, I ended up throwing it into the oven for a few minutes (I think I may have enjoyed this more if it was fresh). I also wish they added more basil on top because you lose the fragrant herb flavour under all of the melted, slightly hardened cheese. Overall, I’d recommend trying it but I wouldn’t go out of your way to get it.

Great atmosphere and awesome pizza. We also had the veal meatball, pizza ball and rice ball. It was all so good. Definitely coming back next time I’m in the area.
Amazing service went twice during our visit from Toronto,( bilingual) explained about ingredients, very friendly staff and food was very well & delicious thank you for amazing hospitality( book in advance) it's a busy place
