So delicious!! It is so hard to find a great place for vegan breakfasts, but look no further!! The vegan patty is absolutely amazing! Love, love, love this place! The vegan sandwich is great too. My boyfriend could not even finish his meal. I managed to finish every last drop as it was so good, I didn't mind being too full! The owner/chef is amazing as well. We absolutely loved her. We will be back for sure!
It is a cute little cafe with a wonderful owner/ cook. All food there is fresh made in the kitchen. All food is gluten free and Jen can modify almost anything to meet your dietary needs. While food is being cooked enjoy some tea or coffee and some great company of the owner Jen. She also does catering if you need items that are safe to eat for any people with major food allergies. Come here for quick bites to eat as well as she has muffins and cookies up front.
While I'm not gluten free myself, this is my go to place for breakfast out with my friend with multiple food allergies. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure all allergens are labeled, and will make sure there is something you can enjoy!
I am celiac & finding the dragonfly was a blessing!! Not only is it 100% dedicated gluten free but their products are so good!! Serioulsy so good!!
Though seating is tight and sometimes a wait... who cares when you can enjoy a wonderful meal with no worries!

If you have Celiac disease, a wheat allergy, or really any reason to eat gluten free, then this place is a must try. Always friendly, super tasty and fresh, and of course, peace of mind that your getting a safe and truly gluten free meal every time. Nice to know that there is "go-to" gluten free restaurant in the heart of Langley. Would definately recommend!
A great place to eat for anyone with dietary restrictions as it is a wholly Gluten-Free facility that caters to other dietary restrictions/allergies as well. The menu is full of tasty sandwich and breakfast options, making it suitable for everyone.
Cute place, cozy and warm feeling. Had the Manster Chicken Panini with a cup of soup. Walked out needing a nap! Very filling and yummy. I don't have any diatary problems as far as being or needing to be gluten free but this place is perfect for everyone. You must take home some baked goods! The muffins are to die for.
Always great gluten free food! It's so nice knowing there won't be any cross contamination with any gluten!
