Such a delicious bakery! It was recommended to me from a friend in Victoria. It was well worth the stop. The orange poppy seed cinnamon bun was fantastic. It had a subtle hint of citrus that wasn't overpowering. Absolutely delicious! 10/10 would recommend.
Excellent breads, pastries, and cookies! The cinnamon buns is what all the locals come for, my party especially likes the tomato basil danishes as well! You won’t find bad pastries here!
One of my favourite bakeries on the island. Had the cranberry orange and walnut cinnamon bun and it was the best, would also recommend their trifle.
Honestly, everything here I’ve had has been amazing. Cinnamon buns are possibly the best in Canada* if not North America! We’ve had people visit from across Canada and brought them here and they’ve all loved it, especially the PB cinnamon bun. The staff is very friendly and accommodating as well, top notch bakery, a gem in Ladysmith.

The best bakery mid-island. So much to choose from and their salted caramel Cinnamon buns are to die for. They offer breads of many sorts including baguettes and foccia bread, pastries, baked goods, tarts and cakes, take away luncheon items like sandwiches and salad, plus a small breakfast menu for take away. Be warned there is usually a line up because it's just that good so best to take advantage of their advanced ordering for fast and easy pickup.
Everything I’ve tried has been delicious. Expect a line on the weekends, they do have a way to order online and pick up an order which has been a game changer for busy weekend mornings/early afternoons. They always get the order correct. I’ve called a few times needing a cake quickly for birthdays or events last minute and they’ve always delivered above and beyond my expectations with very reasonable prices.
