Just opened couple summers ago. Owners from Iraq & they can cook. Everything’s properly seasoned, cooked, breads are nice.
Went there with the family, had 2 chicken shawarma platters, 1 chicken shawarma poutine, and they’re little doughnut cookies for dessert.
Will be back to try their grills n kabobs... pretty nice to have an authentic spot in that area.
Not sure what those bad reviews complained about. Garlic sauce was potent like it should be. Hot sauce was on point. Bread, chicken, rice... maybe those dudes smoke too much and have no taste buds left.
Friendly and generous reception.
Super large shawarma wrap for just 7 dollars.
Definitely the best chicken shawarma I've ever had. The chicken is seasoned and grilled exceptionally well, and the in-house hot sauce (sits as a medium-mild in spiciness) is amazing. I'll never forget it; it's just so flavorful when hot sauces tend not to be. Try not to skip either the hot or garlic sauces when asked if you want some, either way.
