Went for the first time with a bunch of friend for the Sunday brunch. Loved it! I will go back again for sure. It's not a huge buffet but what they have is quality. Their deviled eggs, yum. Beef ribs, prime rib, bacon all great. The cheese cake is made in house and is worth the visit even if that's the only thing you get. Our server Martha was one of the best servers I've had in a long time. We all left to fill our plates and she covered our coffees with the saucers so they wouldn't get cold! If you're going there ask for Martha you won't be disappointed with her or any of it!
Been going to Golf's for some 30 years---have never had a less than awesome meal there--waiter and waitresses are always top drawer!!! Always a sucker for that Porterhouse steak with the peppercorn spice on it
The ambiance of the restaurant complemented the gastronomic
journey perfectly. Elegant decor and thoughtfully arranged seating added to the overall charm, making it an ideal setting for a memorable meal . The waitstaff demonstrated exemplary service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. They were knowledgeable about the menu, offering insightful recommendations and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere
Tried golf steakhouse for the first time and it was pretty good. I really enjoyed the prime rib. We also enjoyed the complimentary bread as it was warm and buttery, we had to get refills. Service was pretty good and the atmosphere was nice as well.
Was a nice place to celebrate my birthday. The atmosphere, the staff, and the food were great. Want to try the breakfast buffet next time as well. It was lovely that the server prepared a piece of cake for me, which was really yummy.
Very few places around us ever have Sunday brunch anymore, let alone a buffet, so when I heard about this place I was willing to make the 2 hour drive. And it was absolutely worth it!
Very old fashioned place in the setup and decor, I felt like I was walking straight into the 80s, but I didn’t mind. It was clean and well-maintained. A little loud in some areas just because of how the sound travels. The view of the water is great. The service was phenomenal, from the young lady at the coat check to the host to the several servers.
The food was great. Much better than what we’re used to in terms of standard buffet fare. Some items were better than others, but everything was fresh and hot, and being changed frequently, frankly more frequently than they even needed to lol, the guy was on fire changing out the trays! Great selection of salad bar, breakfast and lunch foods, carving station with a very professional gentleman serving up some very good ham and prime rib, desserts and breads etc. Only thing that could have made it better was an omelette bar (or any other kind of egg- they only had scrambled). I didn’t have any complaints about any of the food though. It was all wonderful. We left with our money’s worth for sure, but it was not just quantity, it was quality too.
We ordered mixed drinks from the bar, excellent and reasonably priced. Much better than I would’ve expected from a steakhouse. They brought out a mini dessert for us to share for our anniversary too, a very yummy cherry cheesecake.
The place is very reasonably priced, one of the best values I’ve had in quite some time, and includes everything except gratuity and alcohol. So convenient!
I would really recommend to anybody. If you’re used to bland, dry and dreary buffets, give this place a try and it will give you hope for what a buffet can be when people clearly care. And a great location. If we lived closer, we’d be there every week. But for now, we’ll have to settle for once in awhile.
AMAZING brunch spot with a breathtaking view!
I believe they usually have the buffet on Sunday.
We had Coffee, croissants, pastries, apple crumble, steak, (forgot to take a picture before eating 🤦🏻♀️) scrambled eggs, pancakes, waffles, French toast, crème brûlée – they've got it all. they have lots of other options we didn’t get to try everything. I also liked the mocktails: pina colada and raspberry (my personal fav)
View and flavors that didn’t disappoint! And we can’t wait to go back again 💯
Ordered the shrimp and scallops with mashed potatoes
Was delicious. I would order it again. Had the French onion soup. Didn't like it, should have just stayed with the soup roasted red pepper and tomato. That was delicious.
The salad bar is small but tasty. If there is alot of ppl at salad bar it gets crowded. Lots of foot traffic in the area with customers and servers.
The place looks soo nice. I went as a plus one for my boyfriend’s Christmas work dinner. The complimentary bread was yummm! For dinner we got the roast that comes with a starter soup but both agreed the T bone is superior. There’s an open salad bar and I wasn’t sure what some stuff was but overall it was good. We really did like our drinks. Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. I wish I took more pictures.
Beautiful restaurant. The servers were amazing and made us all laugh and feel comfortable. They handled our table of 10 efficiently and effectively. None of our drinks were ever left empty, and dishes were cleared away so quickly.
The food was fantastic. The salad bar was full and clean. The prime rib was cooked to perfection.
All around a fabulous experience whether you are out for a date night or family function.
My partner and I got married here. George and Gus were a treat to work with, they are honest, funny, and give a damn about their customers.
Food was spectacular, service was on point, and their flexibility was nearly endless.
The Golfs team is friendly and kind and will always serve up a top notch meal that will never leave you hungry.
Privies are really great for what is on the menu.
Do yourself a favour and drop by this great spot.
First time visited this fine dining Steak House . The food and the service are both excellent ! The salad bar has lots of choices and the quality is good. A nice place to hold party or big events.
