After being a patron for more than a year, I had the displeasure of being served by a senior waitress. She was rude, unprofessional and made me never want to dine at Stooleys again. I hold this restaurant in the highest regard. I have met the owner, his son, and the guy who runs the kitchen most of the time. All have been professional, but wow, this Pam lady! As a waiter I am appalled at what she thinks is an appropriate level of service for a restaurant, and is sure to make me not want to return. Overall the restaurant is somewhere I recommend to friends, however this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth.
