T.A.N coffee has always been a very welcoming place for everyone. Great coffee and try the matcha if you get a chance!
As someone that was customer before working there for 5 month, it makes me sad to see all of these obviously made up reviews in response to the owners not putting up with racism or being told to “go back to their country”. We were given cleaning task list to attend to daily, and the owners made a point to travel across locations to assure the cleaning and the upkeep is being done. My drinks have always been good, and I’ve never seen anything unhygienic when ordering food. At no point during my training the owners or even my coworkers have ever stated to do anything like the reviews accusing the cafe of doing, so to make up a lie like that about the owners is absurd beyond obviously very telling of how low the entitlement is willing to bring some people.
This is the most friendly and comfortable coffee shop I've been to. It has a similar feel to a low key, quiet pub without the alcohol.
Additionally, the cafe mocha I had was made by hand with fresh ground beans and real chocolate. There was no sugary taste that other chain coffee shop mocha has.

The staff are so kind and respectful of the customers! They’re kind hearted people who make you feel welcome and provide amazing service to you. It’s such a nice place to go for a coffee or brunch with friends, the atmosphere is uplifting and the workers are super nice!
LOVE Tan Coffee!!! Nick is always so kind & welcoming & the coffee is delicious! I get one from him every time I visit the Wolfville Farmers Market on Saturdays 😋 keep up the good work!
T.A.N coffee was a great experience for me! I’ve been trying to find great coffee in the area for a while now & theirs was just so delicious! The staff is also so friendly & kind, they made me feel so welcomed. I’ll definitely be returning often!!
The coffee shop is frequently visited by local artists whose artwork is available for purchase. I asked another customer to open the door for me so I could access the space.
Today, there was a welcoming group of people and a local musician playing in the corner.
I enjoy the pre made vegan wraps, although they can get a little soggy after sitting for a few hours.
The T.A.N Coffee team has a pretty awesome menu of hot beverages available.
The washroom is large enough on the inside, so I was able to gain access, and there was enough room for my assistant.
The site did not have any push-button access for independence. This is typical of this area's restaurants and coffee shops.
I give it a 4 out of 5 for access issues, they have some great staff!
I loved the place and the vibe and the people are so nice!!! The coffee served was amazing and I loved their Matcha Latte!! 100% would recommend that drink for all Matcha lovers like my sled :p! The Barista was so sweet and the dessert are all healthy and vegan and sooo scrumdiliumptious
Cozy! TAN is one of my favourite coffee spots, fantastic service and great food :) I always make sure to stop by TAN locations whenever I get the chance, the atmosphere is incredibly inviting- perfect for meeting friends or getting a little work done!
TAN coffee is my favourite coffee in the valley by far. Consistently great tasting drinks, and the spanakopitas freaking rock. The Kentville café is gorgeous, with beautiful plants and a warm, happy atmosphere:)
