Jeff's Fat Les's Chip Stand

This is the only Fat Les Chipstand worth visiting, in my family's opinion. Perfection every time. Jeff is consistent with his quality and taste. Amazing portions! Highly recommended!! We wait all winter for him to open.

Surprisingly very good Veggie & Beef burgers (and we are picky).

Stopped by here with my wife for lunch. It's the first time I saw a chip stand doesn't take cash. Plastic only (I'm assuming because of Covid). Speaking of which, everything seemed very well cleaned and disinfected. Staff were wearing masks and I felt very safe as a customer. My wife had a steak poutine and I had a buffalo chicken burger with a poutine. Food was well- prepared, fresh and hot. Everything coming out of there smelled sooo good! My Buffalo burger, although a little bland, was very tasty. The poutine and the sauce were delicious. My wife's steak poutine tasted awesome. The steak especially had a very nice smokey flavor that I particularly enjoyed. I also appreciate the wide variety of canned drinks. It's nice to be able to choose your favorite and not just the same old three or four sodas that most places have My only suggestions would be to first, don't be shy with the spicyness of the buffalo burger. If someone is asking for a buffalo chicken burger, it's because they want a some heat so go ahead and spice it up (I could have said something when I ordered so this is probably my fault). Also, I don't know if this is feasible but, bathroom stalls or porta potty would have been appreciated. Overall, the food looks top quality here and I look forward to stopping by again when I visit the area.
