Hands down the best Chinese food in the Okanagan. It took us trying every other Chinese food restaurant around before we found this one. And it immediately tasted like home. Customer service is outstanding, portions are generous and food has always been hot and fresh.
This restaurant has the best Chinese food I have had in Kelowna! I have always been extremely impressed with their portion sizes for what you pay and the food is always excellent. I have never been unimpressed with what we receive and will continue going back!
(Edit: See, the bad reviews are one-time customers, almost gagging woth revolt, but long-time customers say great things. I'm suspicious the bad ones are probably competitors.) I don't understand the negative reviews, since my family has been eating here on and off for more than 20 years and never had a problem. They are very good to their customers. We've always had good luck then? It seems awfully coincidental that people leave such complex negative reviews that I've never closed to experienced in decades. They give huge quantities, it tastes good amd is always hot. That's always been my experience, so it makes me feel bad for the owners reading this, that had never matched our experience. Especially when they mention another Chinese restaurant and that's better, and the comment's grammar sounds off for a native-speaker. I just read one of those. 🤔 Makes me wonder.
Food is delicious! The War Wonton is worth the visit itself! The location is central. and the quantity of food provided in the take out containers is always mega.full!!! Love it
I ordered combination dinner D and was ready to pickup in 20 mins. Extremely tasty and enough left for tomorrow! I will be ordering again!

We have been customers for years and they never seem to disappoint! Tonight we called and the driver was already gone for the evening. Food was good and portion size was what we expected (not small). We ordered a single combination B and E less than 1hr before closing time and hubby and I split the combos between each other. I have to say the chicken balls and almond chicken was a bit dry (definitely needs sauce to eat) which is why the 4 stars instead of 5. HOWEVER, one of the best food for everything else. The ginger beef and sweet and sour pork was light and crispy and well sauced (and not soggy) and the meat was tender and juicy. Everything had loads of flavour and the 2 combinations was more food than we could eat.
Our family get together usually consists of ordering a dinner for 8 (for 11 people) at another very well known Asian restaurant on hwy 97 but we definitely will be passing along ordering the dinner for 8 here next time and see how they fair. Will definitely be ordering here again.
By the way I lived many years in Ottawa so I've had real Cantonese food and from what we've tried this is the closest one I've tried in Kelowna.
