Satay Pho with jasmine tea for lunch today. I am so glad I finally made it in to Watercress Restaurant! Delicious food and wonderful, welcoming service. I even had the opportunity to have a lovely conversation with the owner.
With no fresh basil to be found in town, fresh parsley was a decent substitute. Supplies, as we all know, can be tough to come by these days!

I had a 2-month visit to Kamloops which is a lovely town from my experience and i was blessed to find out this best gem in this town for Vietnamese food
If you do not know about this restaurant, you will miss your best food in life. When you come here, please MUST try the magic number 15 on the menu, even Vancouver will not have this dish and i am sure that you will love this 15 on the menu for sure. Good broth, fresh meat and the taste is magical
I am always honest in my review and i am back to Vancouver now which i really miss this place, so if you are in Kamloops, you are lucky, my friends.

Unfortunately our food was incredibly greasy. The tofu was basically a shell (empty) because it had been fried so long. I expect this for fast food, but not for a highly rated restaurant. Sadly, we will not return. The portion size was good though.

This is a hidden gem on the culinary map of Kamloops. Unassuming, basic and easy to miss. Which would be shame. Highly recommended. Those Guys are going through some hardships right now, so please support your local restaurant. You won’t be disappointed.

Drive all the way to the restaurant and they say they are close at 1:35 PM. The business hours on Google and on their front window said 11 AM to 8 PM. At least stay updated about your business hours and dont waste people’s expectation and time. (Not sure how the food is. Will post about the food when I finally get to try their food)

It was decent for our needs. Not very busy, pho was good. Kids enjoyed their food and there was a good amount of pick up orders(always a good sign). The decor is much to be desired but times must have been difficult. Hope the place will stay open. It was the only pho place we were able to find in the area.

Wanted to try this new restaurant on the Northshore. Very tastey! Nice clean place. Friendly owners! Great fish pot, very well presented. I had the vegetarian vermicelli combo. Lots to eat. Should of drank my mango bubble tea after my meal, to save room. Took 2 mango bubble teas home for later.

Dined here for the first time tonight and loved it! Great service, the food was excellent and came out quickly and this is the real deal! I hadn't found a place that has real Vietnamese food since moving to Kamloops - now I have! My husband's pho was delicious with just the right amount of spice, and my chargrilled pork vermicelli was spot on. Loved the lime water too! Thank you Watercress we will be back! ☺️

I would give it a 5, but my partner would give it a 3. My food was good, exactly what I expected and great spring rolls. My partner got the stir fry which was a smaller portion than he has expecting and he ordered no onions and it came loaded with onions (so probably not the best for anyone with allergies or food sensitivities).

The first time we ate at Watercress we explained that we don’t eat animal products, but still wanted soup. The chef made vegetarian broth for us and loaded up with veggies, noodles, and tofu. We come from upper Sahali to eat here, it’s a great place!

Best Phó in Kamloops, best bubble tea pretty much anywhere and excellent unique appetizers ( the salmon spring rolls are in particular amazing!). My wife and I have been waiting for a good Phó restaurant since we moved here, and this fits the bill!

We had four excellent dishes tonight at Watercress ranging from a beef Pho to a red curry chicken to the pepper sauce fish bowl to a lovely chicken and lemongrass vermicelli- the food was fresh and tasty. And the price was reasonable. We will be back!

My wife and I ate dinner there tonight (for the first time). We had more food than we could finish, and it tasted like real food. Everything seemed fresh and made with quality ingredients. It wasn't loaded with salt or fat, so you could taste the flavour of the food itself. The attentive service made it a perfect dining experience. We will be back.

The service was good, menu nicely done and reasonable prices. My Vermicelli Combo was good. Clean and tidy in the dining area and kitchen, didn't use the restroom. The only thing was a really small water glass.
