Dined here for the first time tonight and loved it! Great service, the food was excellent and came out quickly and this is the real deal! I hadn't found a place that has real Vietnamese food since moving to Kamloops - now I have! My husband's pho was delicious with just the right amount of spice, and my chargrilled pork vermicelli was spot on. Loved the lime water too! Thank you Watercress we will be back! ☺️

Satay Pho with jasmine tea for lunch today. I am so glad I finally made it in to Watercress Restaurant! Delicious food and wonderful, welcoming service. I even had the opportunity to have a lovely conversation with the owner.
With no fresh basil to be found in town, fresh parsley was a decent substitute. Supplies, as we all know, can be tough to come by these days!

I had a 2-month visit to Kamloops which is a lovely town from my experience and i was blessed to find out this best gem in this town for Vietnamese food
If you do not know about this restaurant, you will miss your best food in life. When you come here, please MUST try the magic number 15 on the menu, even Vancouver will not have this dish and i am sure that you will love this 15 on the menu for sure. Good broth, fresh meat and the taste is magical
I am always honest in my review and i am back to Vancouver now which i really miss this place, so if you are in Kamloops, you are lucky, my friends.
This is a hidden gem on the culinary map of Kamloops. Unassuming, basic and easy to miss. Which would be shame. Highly recommended. Those Guys are going through some hardships right now, so please support your local restaurant. You won’t be disappointed.
Wanted to try this new restaurant on the Northshore. Very tastey! Nice clean place. Friendly owners! Great fish pot, very well presented. I had the vegetarian vermicelli combo. Lots to eat. Should of drank my mango bubble tea after my meal, to save room. Took 2 mango bubble teas home for later.
