Fast and delicious smoked meat! While I have a husband at home who can do amazing things with the smoker, this place had me and my girlfriends gushing over each peice of meat. I've never in my life had brisket so good. I definitely suggest the sample platter - me and my 2 girlfriends nearly finished 2 sample platters. Very nice side coleslaw as well!

When I saw the ad on our way to hot springs it caught my eye so we decided me and my friends to try it. I try most of the meats over there and it is really good. I want to say that all of the meat I took was nice and juicy and tender. The only thing though is that we arrived around 5pm and it was a bit dry but that's the only thing I have to say about it. I recommend arriving early as possible, the meat should be way more juicier. The cornbread was my favorite it was my first time trying and am at the hotel right now and I might pass by during the day to get some more! Mac n cheese was alright too, seems that it got stuck together but like I said, this should be something else when you try the food that just came out the oven.The staff was nice and polite, it looks like the whole family is working which is way cooler, it reflects the true hard work and teamwork of a family. Congratulations, it is a really nice place and I will be back for sure!
Edit: I went back the next day for the brisket burnt ends and it was a pure pleasure in my month, the meat version of candy right there!
We were looking for something that my celiac wife could have and boy they did not disappoint. The meats and sauces are all gluten free. We were able to get a warmed gluten free bun that was surprisingly very good. Also had the potato salad and coleslaw. My wife and I really enjoyed it.
