The service Friday, August 10th was AWESOME!!!!! Cheeseburger pizza was AMAZING!!!!!! The 2 times before, sucked ass. Went for breakfast, bacon was raw. Waitress didn't bother coming back to our table after the food was brought. Oh wait, she did come back to give us our bill. No coffee refills, no how is everything. As we came the moment the doors were unlocked, her excuse of she was busy is invalid. When I got the chance to tell her my bacon was undercooked, her response was, that's how we cook it. If you wanted fully cooked bacon, you need to tell your server when ordering. As it was our first time coming for breakfast, I had no clue that I had to ask for my bacon not to be served raw. Time before that, was there for lunch. Same waitress, same shitty attitude. But she at least came back to the table once through our meal to see if we needed anything. We left full but disappointed in the customer service. I live in Stratford. I love your food so much, I drive to Ingersoll once a month for at least a pizza. I promote your page on social media, post pictures of my amazing food. Tell any one & every one I know about your establishment. I've made it clear, the food is worth the drive. Your customer experience with service must match your customer experience of the food however to make your establishment truly outstanding. This is where Louie's falls flat on their face, time after time. Your service does not match your quality food. Without your customers, your employees wouldn't have a paycheck. I say that wholeheartedly. As I myself work in customer service. One where I rely also on my customers tipping for the service they are paying for. Everyone has a bad day. But getting the same waitress, with the same shitty attitude on several occasions. Is more then an employee having a bad day. I'll keep coming back. As long as the food is amazing. Itll be on my server's customer service whether I continue to promote this business or not.

Absolutely the best restaurant we’ve been to in a long time. The service, the flavor & quality of food and the atmosphere was outstanding. We drove from Kitchener to Ingersoll because we heard about their famous Panzerotti’s and It was definitely worth the drive. Thank you Andrew for the outstanding customer service.
