Newly opened bakery, owned by a French Algerian newcomer. He makes some of the best French pastry in town -- specialty includes various forms of croissants. Also try the Arabic mint tea.

Proper French pastries and croissants. Wait. Perhaps you mid-heard me - I said proper French! This is the real thing - you will NOT find better in the entire GTA horseshoe - go on, see if you can. I’ll wait. Just sublime flaky buttery croissants as good as any you’d buy in a Parisian or lyonnaise market. Tarts and eclairs that have the right sweetness and presentation; pain au chocolat that cannot be touched by any baker in 100 kms. Right here. In Hamilton. Recommended highly.

Beautiful place, respectful and wonderful service. The owner is wonderful, humble, polite and a pleasure to deal with. The pastries were delicious and some of the best croissants in the area. We will definitely be coming back often!

My favourite dessert here is the custard tart with mixed fruit on top! It's the first one I've had here that matches the quality and taste of those I found in Paris, France!

Kamal (the owner) is a gem of a human being. Everything he bakes is delicious! The chocolate avalanche is a crowd pleaser and the savoury croissants are probably the best in the world.

Popped by today to grab some baked goods and was so sad to see the store was closed. It was by far our favorite place to go for amazing croissants, cakes, tea and amazing service from a wonderful owner. Can only hope that closure is temporary...
