I've been coming here since Highschool; the pizza was/is always fresh and tasty. Probably the best spot in town for some classic pizza. The sisters running it are super nice.

This is the place to go to for pizza and wings on Ham mtn. The wings are a decent size and medium sauce goes well. The pizza is fresh with fresh toppings and decent amount of cheese. The place is very clean and staff are professional and friendly. Unlike many other places, Golden only does pizza and wings and does it well.

Tried Golden for the first time and can honestly say that we were not disappointed. We picked up a family combo deal that consisted of two small pizzas, 10 wings, garlic bread and two dipping sauces for $25.99. It was the perfect amount for two people with a couple of slices leftover for the next day. The pizza was really decent and I mean that as a true compliment. In today's saturated market 9/10 places are truly no more than average or even less than. The sauce was flavourful but could have been spread more consistently which is a common problem. The cheese was good quality and of a fair proportion. Topping wise they were very abundant. Even with one of their specials they didn't skimp at all. What I was most impressed with were the wings. They were a nice average size and lightly dusted so that the sauce adhered accordingly. The chicken was fresh and the sauce was tasty. The dusting of flour had very agreeable spices added that worked well with the flavour of the sauce. I literally said to my wife that these were some of the best wings I've ever had from an independent pizzeria. We will most certainly return in the future.
