Took me 25 years to figure out this is the place to buy pastrami. There used to be a sports card store on the corner, as a child I'd come here with my parents and grandparents on one of our rare trips to Hamilton. Thank you for still being here. My family will see you again soon.

The owners are so warm and welcoming, super friendly. Ordered a “medium” pastrami and Montreal smoked meat and the portions are very generous! Served in the classic style with a smear of mustard on rye bread. The store doubles as a small Kosher grocery and has that old school nostalgic feel. Due to COVID it’s take out only so the soup can be bought frozen, but they are made fresh with no preservatives and a bunch of varieties to choose from and all delicious. A must visit in Westdale!
