Wow is all I can say. My 3 year old insisted on having pancakes and it's not on their menu but they made homemade pancakes with fresh berries for our kids. They were amazing. Then sandwiches are so good, the bun was fresh and delicious. The drinks are amazing too. All the staff were so kind and friendly. Amazing with our kids and great service.

I have had tea in specialty restaurants all over the world and I enjoyed this little tea shop in Hamilton. It was almost a shock to discover this place amongst the grey streets of this rough steel town. All the food is produced on site and the desserts are made here too. Tom, Sarah and Alex made our visit very comfortable. This is a must for anyone who likes high quality home made meals and desserts. There is a great selection of teas and hot drinks and you can even come for high tea here. A great place to visit if you are in the downtown core. One of Hamilton's best kept secrets.

First time review—what a pretty place! Five tables and four window stools. Can’t wait to try their baked goods and high tea at a later date. Wifi available.

Everything about this place was excellent. The ambience is wonderful. It looks like old style living rooms. The food is freshly prepared and great. The desserts are magnificent. Even the chocolates are made there. The food we had was great. We woll return as often aaxpossible.

Lovely place, the decorum is quite stunning being both antique as well as modern with their outlets and what they serve. They have a wide range of cafe items which include vegan and gluten free options. They also have ready to go European foods which is unique and looks delicious! I've personally tries their coffee and some vegan baked goods and it's been lovely. It's a little more costly than a lower end cafe however it makes up for that in the atmosphere and the lovely people working there, very friendly and attentive! Over all a lovely experience!!

It has been my pleasure to invite friends and family to this lovely tea room. I find the staff very helpful and they accommodate people in wheelchairs and walkers. I have been many times and plan to continue to do so. The food is excellent and the pastries are wonderful! A "home away from home" atmosphere where everybody is welcome.

My friend and I went here yesterday for their high tea. First, the decor is adorable and the shop was spotless. Exactly what I expect for high tea. The tea pots and cups were gorgeous. The service was very attentive and friendly. My friend can't have gluten and they made everything they served us (which is all made in house) gluten free. The food was amazing and way more than the two of us could eat (they packed up the rest for us to bring home). I would definitely recommend!
