Brought my burger loving mom here and she now has a new favourite burger spot. Best onion rings ever! Very delicious. Great staff.

I only gave them three stars because when we went there the first time it wasn't busy and the food was good. We went back a second time it was busy and it was just before we flew home to British Columbia. They had to give me two complementary meals because my burger wasn't cooked properly

We ordered the impossibly sexy burger and the loaded Lucy, got fries and onion rings. Overall it was delish, came out super hot and pretty quickly even though the restaurant was bumping. Would gladly return

Rarely a chain restaurant deserves 5 star and this one is surely a rarity. Great customer service and food. Indoor ambience is nice; wish we could have been allowed patio experience as well - time was a concern. Shakes are heavenly. Surely a bit pricey but then again this is not a so called "frozen

I have nothing but positive things to say about the Works. The food quality is top notch and the customer service is unparalleled. The burgers are super tasty. I love some of the specialty burgers. They also have some of the best onion rings that I've ever tried as well as some pretty great shakes.
