This place is great. Prices reasonable, food is fresh, service was fast and staff are friendly. Fattoush, kafta, lamb, hummus, pita and baklava. This is out goto place for middle eastern food. Glad there are many locations, and growing, in the GTA and Golden Horseshoe.

The best shawarma i tasted in hamilton, very clean, and has a verity of Lebanese authentic Food. One of the special platters is "The shawarma fries" i highly recommend trying it.
This paramount honestly had the best service ever! The server was absolutely sweet and gave us suggestions for what to buy as it was our first time. The baba ganoush was slightly on the saltier side, however the desserts are amazing!! Their knefeh jibney is so good, it is so unique and their baklavas are good too, very crispy and soft in the inside. Also I had the yalla special which was great, but honestly REALLY filling. Go their on an empty stomach. Their chicken shawarma is delicious, as it is juicy and extremely full of flavour! Best shawarma I have ever tried!
I was there two days ago with my two children, the staff are very friendly and very helpful . the food was amazing with low prices.

A friend and myself went last night for dinner (late) the food was fresh, and delicious! The pizzas were my favourite! Quality of the food was good, and bang on with how the food tasted in the Middle East when we were there recently. We most definitely will be going back soon!!
Best shawarmas in town. Amazing. But the service is ridiculously slow and it's super disorganized. But that doesn't stop me from going back. The food makes up for it.
The food and service were impeccable. Usually a restaurant will miss on venue, service or food but this place hit the mark on all three. Paramount is a winner that I will be returning to soon.

Salad had decent quantity of chicken but it wasn’t soft. But the salad was good. Came with good amount of garlic sauce and pita bread. Paramount always has good quality & tasty food and I wasn’t disappointed.
This was our second time at Paramount. We ordered the Spicy Potatoes, the Muhammara dip, and the Mixed Grill main. The potatoes were very tangy. The hot complimentary breads seemed to lack seasoning.
The muhammara dip, though, is to die for! It's unlike anything I have ever eaten at any Mediterranean restaurant. Hubby enjoyed the grilled meats.
The food quality and quantity is good for the price. On our previous visit we had ordered the Mezza plate and I would recommend that if you would like to try different dips. They also have a decent selection of desserts.

Food was awesome. Service was a little bit slow to be honest. But the food was worth waiting for. I had the cashew baklava for dessert and wasn't really happy with that though. It definitely wasn't the flaky pastry I'm used too. But the food was really good
