We’ve been here a couple times. First impression was amazing. Great personable staff, prompt food service and delicious food. Price points are great too. Last night while there we were lucky enough to have the place to ourselves along with the owner and chef and had a great little chat and a little visit with the fish along with a little fish education.
We will most definitely be repeat customers. The steak was on point last night. Great job guys! See you in a couple weeks.
Our family paid a second visit to curbside grill. We would have never guessed our second meal would surpass the deliciousness of the first!! The calamari, mushrooms, butter chicken, fish tacos,squash soup and duck could only be described as amazing. Great ambiance and friendly host! Will return in a heartbeat and recommend to all!!!

My husband and I wanted to go out for lunch and since we'd ordered burgers for takeout a while back from Curbside Grill we wanted to try dining in. I had fish tacos and Ceasar salad, my husband had the Reuben with fries, then we shared a slice of the house made carrot cake for dessert. Unfortunately I guess I was so excited about the cake that I forgot to take a photo lol. Everything was delicious, the fries were perfectly seasoned (he offered! I'm no fry thief!), the fish tacos had just a little kick to them. Batter was light and crispy and perfect, I bet their fish & chips is great (sorely missing Connaught Fish & Chips over here...)
Really looking forward to our next lunch date here 🙂
Edit: we've ordered takeout a few times and today was a nice spring day so we went for a walk with our 3 year old to get dinner. She loved the fishtank, the front of house turned on the light show for her (and were overall really helpful). They don't have a kids menu but she doesn't normally eat a lot anyway so we just gave her food from our plates. Always great food, friendly service and great value.
Starving on a lunch break and not familiar with Hamilton, decided to give this place a shot.
Chef/cashier is friendly, there is parking behind the restaurant and the food was quick. I got a grilled chicken with deep fried avocado + subbed for sweet potato fries.

Excellent food, great staff and very reasonable prices. The burgers are awesome, all 3 of us loved them. We will try the wings next time.

This place has great food! I get delivery from here quite often and anytime I haven’t been able to get my hands on it ive been sooo bummed out! I haven’t dined in the actual restaurant but I would love to one day. The steak sandwich is definitely one of my favourites and the carrot cake was really good, wish it was still on the menu!
Very enthused by Curbside's move to the stadium district. Ordered takeout today and got a look at the new digs and it has all the charm of their Ottawa setup but with more intimacy.
The menu traveled as well, the Reuben is as good as ever. The sweet potato fries unmatched. ☺️❤️😇
Went around the end of March/early April, the food is good! Would have been five stars but last time I was there I called ahead so I could just stop in and pick up my food and ended up waiting an extra 15 minutes (which was half my lunch break).
I love Curb side and always recommend it as my favourite place on Ottawa Street. A little under appreciated considering some other places will be overflowing with people. The burgers they have created are delicious and the fish n chips is wonderful(love their slaw)
