It was an extremely pleasant experience to have dinner with my family here. My server (Adrianna) was always ready to take care of my needs, and the manager (Taylor) was pretty cool and reasonable to deal with the problem I faced. This store, server, and manager deserve more than five stars! It was definitely way better than I expected. I will surely visit here again whenever I have a chance.

In short: great staff, nice atmosphere, really tasty food and good drinks!
I took my wife to the Keg for her birthday. I called ahead and made a reservation and asked if I could bring a candle and flowers to set on the table. They said no problem but I need to provide the vase, and the candle has to be unscented and I had to provide something to catch any wax dripping if it wasn't in glass already. I dropped them off an hour early and when we arrived they had the table next to the fire set up with the flowers and candle lit. She loved it. The staff were all genuinely nice and happy to make our night special. We ordered drinks and waited for the food to come. My wife's steak was done medium well as she asked but mine came well done instead of medium well. I mentioned it to our waitress and she apologized and went to put in a fresh order right away. The manager came by to apologize and made sure I would be comfortable while I waited for the new plate to come by offering an app or drink, anything I'd like. My new plate came and was done perfectly, they took care of the tab for my meal and drink and apologized again for the inconvenience. This is actually our second time coming to this Keg and each time the same thing has happened but despite it we'll be back again because the staff are genuinely warm and friendly, they will do anything to make the night special and if anything goes wrong they take full responsibility and don't make me fight with them or feel stupid like offering just a simple desert to make it "okay". They know I've come here ready to spend good money on not just a nice atmosphere, good service and delicious meal but all of those things together. And when something goes wrong and I'm now sitting across from my wife feeling left out watching her eat, they know it's not a great feeling and they immediately go the mile to make up for it as fast and best they can. And that's sadly rare in the restaurant industry and it's why despite some things not going well, my wife and I will be back again.
The host was friendly, seated us in the beautiful four season room, which had a nice breeze with the windows open. Our server was excellent, as was the wine. The meal was markedly better than our last experience, which lead me to improve my rating. The cauliflower and shrimp cocktail appetizers were great. I had the bone in ribeye, which was excellent. My wife's NY Strip was just a little bit over medium rare.. but she enjoyed it nonetheless.
Best meal of my life. The Salmon Neptune was to die for-- soft and buttery potatoes, salmon, and the crab/cream cheese to top it off. Absolutely delicious. My husband had the peppercorn steak, which was cooked perfectly, and equally delicious!
Our waitress (Jessica?) Was amazing. Incredibly talented waitress. We'll definitely be there again ☺️
Amazing and friendly service, I wished the presentation of the dishes were better, I got mine and it looked a little bit messy, I ordered lobster tails and the portion was not as big as I expected, the taste could have been better for the lobster and vegetables, nevertheless I must admit that the rice was delicious. I strongly recommend the bread sticks with cheese and garlic, they're exquisite! It'd be better to have a reservation, otherwise it might be hard to get a spot, it was Wednesday and the restaurant was very crowded.
Love the food here for the most part but the highlight is really the service. The staff is always super friendly and attentive (but not pushy) and I love the ambience of the restaurant.
Was treated with amazing service from the moment I walked in, until I left with a very full stomach. Staff were very friendly. Food was cooked to perfection and presented in the way you'd expect from The Keg. I was solo this evening, but made to feel very welcome.
Reservations are necessary. QR codes are required at the door, and wearing of masks while walking through the restaurant is a must - due to ongoing Covid-19 restrictions.
I had a wonderful experience. The food was awesome and the service there was astonishing. I will definitely come again in the near future.
