It was in the IWK children's hospital and they only were serving hot tea or coffee, they don't sell any other refreshments like power aid, milk, water, etc which sucked due to the heat I didn't want a coffee... I wanted something nice and cold...

They don't carry many products from the Tim's menu and if you order on the App Online. There are many things listed that are not actually available in this location. But the staff are lovely, kind and so I consider this less of this particular location issue and more of an error of the franchise.

Great morning crew, evening is kind of lacking. Though not their fault. As a Drive thru for morning rush the stock diminishes quickly. So great for Breakfast, not so for supper/dinner. The lowish score is that the variety sucks now. No Maple dip...

Acceptable food, decent coffee, lack of wastepaper bins. Yes, you can clean up after us, we'd appreciate it if you did it a touch more often. We were piling it up for you on one table.

Good for university students, and good for visitors of the IWK. Sure, low selection to follow guidelines in the hospital sucks, but you can still get coffee, French vanilla, tea, donuts, bagels, and cookies. Which they had Timbits, because the kids who are well and can eat them would be happy about that. (Totally not a suggestion *wink wink*)

While staying at the IWK this was a great place to get coffee and doughnuts....I stayed in the summer and there were no ice caps available but this is not their fault because of the hospital wanting to promote healthy food and drink....but they still have doughnuts!? Also you can not buy pop anywhere on the hospital grounds.

Staying at the IWK and this becomes your go to place for coffee! The staff are friendly and have a great memory! Remembered what I take in my coffee after only a couple of days!

Always the best coffee. Food products are top of the line. Staff here are really friendly and that is important in my opinion.
