I was a regular at Sam's previous location on Granville Street. I got hooked on the great coffee and fresh healthy fare served up by the ever jovial Sam and his super friendly staff. I must say I like his new location even more. It's just a few steps across Gladstone off of the corner of Almon Street. Everything in the cafe is made from scratch each day .. fresh soups, sandwiches, salads, humus etc ... and don't forget the unique deserts from the oven of Sam's charming wife. I love to pass the time there ... watching the world go by through the large floor to ceiling windows that face out unto the street ... or roaming the internet on his excellent wifi signal. After a short while the staff all feel like family .. and Sam is sure to be a bright spot in your day when you drop by to visit. No skimping on portions and the price is right ....
