Large menu full of food and drinks. Fast service and a relatively big area for seating. Half of the joint is filled with their own stuff including a Christmas tree in August and the other half is seating. We ordered the milk tea frappe which is milk tea flavoured shaved ice with toppings. It is great for a nice summer day but we preferred the one at the Spring Garden branch because the flavour was more pronounced. No parking right in front but there are street parking nearby.

I’ve ordered their food through the delivery app a couple times. Love their braised pork rice and Taiwanese crispy chicken, both tasted very Taiwanese and delicious. Their wonton w spicy sauce was fine, better add some soy sauce and vinegar lol cuz it tasted too plain. I also got their Chinese style omelette wrap and bubble tea. I remember the first time I ordered the omelette wrap, which was super salty. I ordered it again this time and it tasted way better. Bubble tea is always the best choice from this shop, they really do well in their beverages!

I just went to ZenQ for the first time today and ordered an original boba taro. Think is the best spot I have been to. Generally I do not like the bubbles because they are so sweet everywhere else. These were perfect and changed my outlook! This drink wasn't overly sweet either! Hands down favourite spot. They were also friendly, clean inside and the food looks wonderful - I cannot wait to try it!!

Due to the hurricane Fiona my place had out of electricity T^T While almost all stores in the city do not open today. I found this place to get a hot milk tea and food. So many people in the store for same reason it made me wait for a long time.but it’s acceptable totally understandable. Thank you ZenQ. Appreciate for everyone of your crew so friendly and nice. I charged my phone and computer. And enjoyed everything so good and tasty.

I used to work for the company has a lots employees and I recommended them to get drinks from this place a lot, made our multi-culture workplace ppl try out boba tea and they love it yayyy.

Amazing service. I went in the store during their soft opening having ordered from them usually from doordash. While I was waiting for my order, they helped an elderly customer through their menus, and were super in touch with him. It was such an awesome experience. Bubble waffle was great, i had the banana chocolate and I love their teas. Would go there often

Came here for their fried chicken (Notice: The one on SGR does NOT off chicken, only this one does, as of right now) The staff seemed nice, but the chicken... the chicken is soooooooo tasty. I had Chili flavour, and my friend had plum. Both were super tasty. The chili is a bit spicy, it builds up though. This is my 2ⁿᵈ going there, and hopefully won't be the last.

Best honeydew pearl/bubble tea I have tasted. And they are usually very quick. But service can be a little slow on the non tea orders if you order in.

I had Tofu Desert, Fried Chicken and a Winter Melon Tea. The ambience was good, spacious, clean and modern. Food was good. A lady in the cash even came to help me prepare my Winter Melon Tea - all of them were courteous and welcoming. I would definitely visit again to try new menu and would recommend to anyone.
