I'm here daily! I have been to my fair share of timmy's( Tim Hortons)restaurants my fellow Canadians i'm sure can relate 👍🤣. Tim's is for the most part known for the best coffee . Me personally when I came to a restaurant i want to be treated with respect and kindness an of course give the same in return . My go to every day is the Sackville Drive , A good 90 - 95% of the time You are greeted very warmly with a smiling an kind words , unfortunately like most things it has those few that should really not be in (my opinion) working with the public at all , an honestly for me that can stop a person from going back . The dine-in is closed Right now for Covid19 pandemic , of which i really hope it ends soon!

The place is just hyped up , but personally speaking Mcdonalds coffee blend is better , if I usually go here it's just because of accessibility.

This shop is at a perfect location...drive through is always moving fast and the owner is always around to greet people and to clean up...I didn't give a 5 star bcuz I drink tea and for some reason I get a coffee instead of tea when I CLEARLY say large TEA but most of the time they do get it right.

So today we ordered from this Tim Hortons location on skip the dishes. The driver arrived missing the drinks( 2 waters and 2 coffees), and only brought us a hash brown and a donut. The manager called us personally and said they would deliver us the coffee themselves. At first we said that’s okay we will get the driver to come back. And of course the driver was really rude and refused to go back. So the manager came and brought us the entire order with the hash brown and donut too, right to our house.
I am amazed at the level of customer service they provided when they did not need to especially with these crazy times going on. We just started going to this location and now we will definitely keep going here! Thank you! :)

A Tim Hortons I use to visit frequently when I lived near by. Was nice to see the same staff after I have been away for 3 years. I love the walking trail across the street next to the car wash, there are a few benches along it as well to walk, sit and enjoy your drink (there is a playground as well on one side). I usually would go for a few laps around the lake/pond then stop at Tim's on my way home or pick up my drink and take a book to enjoy at one of the benches along the trail. The building is clean. After the renovations some time ago, its nice to see the cozy seating area by the fake fireplace and to see the usual visitors still hang out here. Sometimes it nice things never change too much.

I don't find any difference from one timmies to the next as far as coffee taste goes. Parking is easy at this place and like most ,they have a drive through. Inside is well lit and clean and seems to be quite large inside as well.
They also have alot of donuts on hand that always seem to be freshly made . Staff is great !

My local Tim's! Awesome and friendly staff who work hard and take pride in getting your order correct. This location is one of only a few Tim Hortons that sells eclairs. Kind of a hangout for the friendly locals. Fast service, so be sure to drop a tip!

Absolute best customer service I've ever had by the lead supervisor Lois. Not only did she care about the service her and her staff were giving, she tried to make a difference by going the extra mile to ensure my food and coffee were top notch. Would highly recommend this Tim Hortons, and Lois to anyone.
