It's one of the busiest Tim Hortons in the area. Their croissant is really good. If you want to sit in, make sure that you secure a place first as the place can be very crowded.
Don't see why they get all the negativity. Staff could be better trained for speed and customer service, may be. They were never rude to us. Service took a bit though, ordered just FV n wrap, but there was noone in driveway so its all good with wait time.
One of the better tims despite having aome very slow staff at times. Michelle is amazing and needs a medal for how good she is to her regulars
Employees aren't rude but they aren't nice either the drive-thru sucks to get out of

For those who like Timmy’s donuts. They make it fresh from oven in this location. Yummy.
I am pregnant and really wanted a honey cruller. After visiting three other Tim Hortons and being told there were no honey crullers left, we pulled up to this drive-thru. Again, we were told that honey crullers were gone for the day. My husband expressed disappointment at this and explained that his wife is expecting, craving one of these donuts. The lady at the speaker apologized and we began to drive away. Just as we were exiting the parking lot, we heard someone behind us calling out. We looked back and a Tim Hortons team member was standing outside. She said to us, “If you don’t mind waiting ten minutes, we can make some for you!” Of course we waited. They were the freshest and tastiest donuts I've ever eaten. THAT is customer service. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. It won't be forgotten.
