Staff needs training!!!! The small store space also needs to be cleaned properly. The employees are slow and they do tons of mistakes. Yesterday I was impressive with 3 mistakes with a simple order. I order a $2 medium peach passionfruit smoothie. I got a mango smoothie instead and they charged me $3.59. I first noticed that the smoothie was not filled up. I talked to the attendant that noticed that actually that was a mango smoothie… She apologized and gave me another smoothie, the correct flavor this time. When I was almost leaving the place I decided to check my receipt and I realized they charged me $3.59 instead of $2. I had to go back there to get part of my money back. My advice is: always check your receipt and order using the kiosk or mobile. Sometimes the kiosk will also fail having some printer problem or the screen will frozen. That’s how I lose my exclusive one-time-use coupon once but the attendant helped me with that even being suspicious about me…

Its a typical McDonald's which gives you all the standards we have grown to expect from this brand.
This location is unfortunately small, I mean really really small. A small mid-day rush will have customers waiting shoulder to shoulder back to the door. I have went there closer to lunch and had to wait in the lobby for there to be more space inside.
The seating area is a little bigger, however does fill up very quickly close to any of the regular mealtimes.
Nothing really negative about the place, but use your better judgment if you get uncomfortable within crowds or having people crowd around you, it could happen at anytime they are open due to the smaller size.

Ethan’s effort to speak to me in french was amazing customer service. Super sweet employee with great charisma. Definitely has the touch with the customers. Just wanted to make sure he knows he made my night coming from someone all the way from Montreal QC.

I bought a fish-o-fillet at this store. When I opened it at home, it had just 1/4th cheese in it. Though, I paid for the full burger with full cheese slice.

DISGUSTED!! DISAPPOINTED!! - ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! - RUDE STAFF - NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!!
Ordered two meals with fresh hot fries but got cold and stale. When I went back to tell them about it, the staff blamed me that i did not hear them when they were calling me. I was sitting right infront of the counter and went to collect my order the first time they called my number... They argued that i was deaf and it was my fault that i didn't hear them eventhough they called just once... They told me to get lost with their attitude... Not at all apologetic!
Terrible attitude, especially that of the team leader - Ms. SHAINA...
McDonald - with this level of disgusting service - NO WONDER will loose all the customers soon!!

For a McDonald’s this place is cramped and uncomfortable. The self serve kiosks are right by the front door so people are constantly walking right by you and in your space. The crowds and lineups are really hard to distinguish and its pretty clear the staff are overworked and understaffed.
There’s rarely available seating as it’s a hotspot for students. Theres also no drive-thru. All that being said it produces the quality of food you expect from McDonald’s.

Good McDonald's location, efficient staff, place was clean and well maintained. Only problem is they can get so busy that the quality drops (burgers falling apart in the box, unfinished orders sit out long enough for the fries to cool down, etc)

Quite disappointed as now there is $2 deal going on for Latte any size but I was refused a partial refund even though I showed it in my app and they told me its a mobile app deal only
Also I went the other day I ordered breakfast sandwich and that was during 1pm but I was told there is no breakfast after 11am, where I know that McDonald's have all day breakfast. I hope their manager sees it
