Wasn’t a huge fan of the rice, but everything else was ok. Pretty standard Lebanese but nothing really stood out for me. The price was awesome and the delivery was quick. Will definitely order again to try more items.

The food isn’t extraordinary, but you get to settle with taste when you search for halal options. For me it was enough that it was a clean joint , visibly halal and the price was an additional bonus.

My boyfriend and I have been ordering through Uber eats and this place has not disappointed! Everything tastes fresh and has lots of fresh lemon which I love. The chicken and lamb I’ve tried so far have both been delicious. All the food is seasoned perfectly with lovely spices and herbs.

Genuinely one of the most reliable and underrated restaurants in Halifax. The food is great and so are the people; service is quick and easy. I’ve never been disappointed here, even after I went vegetarian I was always taken care of. Top notch neighbourhood restaurant 👌🏾

I went for the lamb special and was disappointed. It was OK but didn't make me want to get it again even at such a good price.
I will go back as it was clean and friendly and smelled delicious. The young guy that took my order asked 3 times what I ordered and still checked in the wrong thing :)
I went back like I said and had an excellent shawarma and much better service. Added a star!

Amazing baklava! Haven't had a real shawarma in almost a year since I've been home to Windsor ON, thanks to Halal Basha I now can fix that on our weekly trips to Halifax. Awesome place, so happy to have found it.

You couldn’t go wrong with Basha when you feel craved for Mediterranean cuisine; the authentic one I mean. Don’t know whether they are still in the business or not. ***Halal***** got the Basha meat platter. Portion size were great. Price wise very affordable. It's not a fancy restaurant it's better to do take out . Service was great. We had our daughter with us and she was bit irritated and they gave us a bakhlava on the house . Definitely a must go place for halal donair.

Great donair meat but the large donair seemed a bit small for a “large” and could use either more donair sauce in wrap or some on the side.
Poutine was pretty average but could have used more cheese curds for a better fry to cheese ratio.

Best baklava I've ever had. Kofta was beyond dry. Potatoes need SALT badly. Shawarma almost made the thing worth it, both chicken and beef. Definitely going to try it again tho!

We've been talking this place up to our friends. Our kids liked the food here and the service was fantastic. Anyone who doesn't love the Shawarma here doesn't like Shawarma. Just yummy. Next time I'm having desert.
