For context, I've ordered from here at least 15 times.
Don't know what A&W itself does to help, but the workers here are amazing. They are fun, patient, and compassionate.
I have only ever had a good experience here. Food is accurate and yummy. While working at such a busy (probably stressful) location, the staff still manages to be kind and fun.
Grateful to work in the same mall with these guys :)
I think maybe the staff should at least smile ,no one wants a cranky worker at the counter serving..smile more .
Most of the time the the food is soooo fresh, a couple of times Mama Mozza Mashrum tasted different as of the mushroom was rotten, service in Air port branch was not good, the employee was not smiling at all.
Customer Service Game was off the charts! Never had a complaint yet, best franchise in the food court.
My visit to this A&W was really fantastic. The food was top notch and they were quick. Yum.
