Good food and great lunch options from 11:30-3:00pm. However, I always find it strange when you're charged extra for rice... ? I enjoyed my Salted Fish and Eggplant Clay Pot.

We chose a type of soup that half normal and half medium spicy š¶ļøš
(Not recommend as lots of chilly oil with garlic and still.. too much spicy). A kind of buffet hot pot as We can select the rest topping, by the kind of meat/seafood/ball/tofu/vegetables/noodles/sauces/ herbs... and even the starter food. The bigger group we are, the better deal we get as we can enjoy different foods with reasonable price.

Great place to get hot pot in Halifax. Although the hot pot is not all you can eat, the price would be around the same for two people but might be lower overall for more people. Easy paper ordering system where you check boxes based on what you want. $30.99 for basic broth and two meats. Waitress was very attentive with the broth as well as refilling the waters.

Happy Veal Hot Pot is an amazing well established hot pot restaurant with so much more to offer. Thursday night is also Bbq night with a vast array of mouthwatering delicacies.
The Chef is well versed in authentic cuisine and the array of hot pot offerings fills the menu. If in doubt, ask the Hostess and wait staff for help. But no matter what you order, you cannot go wrong with your choices.
Even if you only visit Halifax for a day, Happy Veal Hot Pot is a " must stop " to experience the best dining experience in Nova Scotia.

As a connoisseur of Asian cuisine I believe this is one of the most authentic hot pots in Atlanta Canada. My brother who dates a woman of Chinese Descent and often eats hot pot at home when I decided to take him to this establishment he was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, speedy service and high quality cuts of meat.
The boys in the kitchen decked out in Adidas tracksuitās bathing and bathing ape knew how to make that pot real hot baby.
One of the best parts of this hole in the wall is that the price point.

It was my first hot pot experience and I loved it. Food and service were both very nice. If itās your first time like me, read the menu and watch a YouTube video before going because it could be a bit confusing at first.

My friends and i go here all the time, the food is great, lots of spice, we usually the half n half soup base one normal soup and then 1 spicy, we always get lamb pork and beef shaved meats for cooking, the lamb is out favorite though. Theres lots of ingredient options for anyones tastes though. I highly recommend the popcorn chicken as a side dish so good. We usually always just do hotpot, but I'm sure there regular menu has delicious stuff too.

Literally best hot pot around. My go to spot, and I knew it the moment I first went. Broth is most flavourful. Ingredients are so fresh compared to others. Try their fresh noodles.

This is the place I always order from when Iām not sure about what I want. Their food isnāt the best, but also donāt suck like some other restaurants do. The taste, the quality, and the portion of food are 7/10. So yeah, not bad. A safety choice. (Regular dinner menu, not hot pot)
