Visited during Burger Bash and all you could order were the two burgers with fries/salad available. The two patty beef burger was delicious with just the right amount of spice on the patties. The habanero chicken burger had such a spicy habanero kick. Both burgers came on a challah bun which was soft and mixed in a bit of sweetness against the savoury/spicy filling. Drink specials are available from 4-8 every day.

Great vibes! Always an awesome place to come for drinks especially on Martini Monday! Server was really friendly, food is tasty, ecstatic climate. The reason why I'm not rating it 5 star is because the fans weren't turned on when we asked twice for them to be turned on as it was pretty hot. Will definitely be back though.

It has been years since we visited Bitter End, so we went in for drinks while waiting to go to the theatre. Service was good, but our server must have been new, because she did not know much about the menu and had to go check on a number of items. I recall this place as being an elegant place to eat, but it is looking a bit run down now. However, we enjoyed our visit and the location is excellent.

The martini and appy specials were great. Happy hour is by far the best time to go. Loved the Mexican cafe martini, Sour Apple martini, and both the steak appy and topped goat cheese appy.

Open later than other locations nearby, which is the reason we stopped in. I'm very glad we did! The stuffed chicken was delightful and sweet - the waiter's recommendation. Tasty salad as well!

My wife and I stopped in for a bite after she added a new tattoo to her collection. Our server Cat was excellent. She recommended a drink for my wife split three plates and two desserts that we enjoyed. Another nice experience in s great place.

Me and my girlfriend had an absolutely awesome time here ! Friendly and professional staff. I thought I was charged extra for something and I reached out the them. I emailed them and within a half hour the manager had called me twice and cleared up everything ! Very impressed with the customer service at this establishment and the drinks aren't bad either ;).

The food was exceptional, our waitress was exceptional, even our first round of drinks was exceptional. We had ordered another round of drinks that were made terribly. We had sent them back and said that we wouldn't like remake just the cheque (as we had figured there was probably a switch in bar tenders), the drinks were not taken off our bill, we had to get the manager who was a total douche - "Just because you don't like how it tastes doesnt mean I should have to take it off the bill." Right, but when the drink isn't made right and is downright undrinkable and doesnt taste anything close like our first drink (like 3 shots of vodka and half a bottle of lemon juice and sour mix) I shouldn't have to pay for it. He eventually took it off only if we promised we would go back. Yeah, never again.

Came on a Thursday. Nov. 16 2017. Writing this while waiting for my bill. BEEN WAITING A WHILE. Server takes forever to come around. There's about ten people here total. He forgot my order twice so it took forever to get it. If he's forgetting orders when it's this dead he should be writing shit down.
EDIT: the manager made a point of giving someone else in my party a 20 dollar gift card because they waited about twenty minutes for their drink. Was super apologetic. I waited an hour for a piece of cake! The drink at least had to be mixed. They forgot to cut me a damn piece of cake
