Formerly fortune doughnut, the team is once again serving fresh, original doughnuts. prices are reasonable considering the quality and variety available on site. this was my 2nd visit and the service is still 10/10. i highly recommend stopping in if you're in the area!

Ordered Half a dozen of their step up donuts on skip from Alberta for my son in Halifax- birthday donuts. they were packed well - fresh good variety very flavourful beyond delicious ( so I was told ! ) the flavours were fun and original . my son and his fiancé loved them and will be going back ! I asked if they could write happy birthday for him and they did one better they did write the wishes and included a donut on the house :) it was a sweet unexpected touch that was greatly appreciated! Thanks Vandal doughnuts for helping this mom make her son’s birthday special from across the country !! Next time we visit we’re coming for one of the delectable looking 🍩 donuts !

I was unfortunately only able to try 2 donuts - Frankenstein lemon curd and fuzzy peach - but wish I had my own TV show so I could have sampled everything, but the two that I tried were fantastic! I imagine the rest of the flavours would warrant a similar reaction from myself...the only "negative" is thst they're massive donuts...is that even a negative? Awesome donut shop!

In my hunt for extraordinary donuts, my sister brought me to Vandal Doughnuts. I was a bit doubtful from the look of the outside but as soon as we stepped inside I knew this was what i it was looking for. They have an excellent variety of delicious beautiful donuts and I knew I wasn’t escaping without a dozen of these doughy rings of perfection. Among classic flavors they also have many unique flavors like SKOR, Oreo, Beautiful Hurricane, and Rainbow. They are all fresh and I was not disappointed by any of them. I’m definitely going to hit them up again next time I’m in town.

The Dark Chocolate Korean Milk doughnut (I could be getting the name wrong) was amazing. The glazed doughnut was super dry and stale. There wasn't too much of a selection when I went on a Friday late afternoon, but that's on me/timing. Hope to be back one day to try more.

Such a great business model, friendly staff and somewhat reasonable pricing. Id rather get a dozen for sure. The filling could be a little better. I was a bit put off by the cream in the boston cream, kinda plasticey texture. Also the location inside gus dive bar isnt the best, but i figure you will change this up at some point. I know id at least put pressure on them to vamp the place up a bit.

I ordered over the phone and had some difficulties with my card, and the staff member who assisted me during this was very kind and professional! I got a dozen donuts, and they were all absolutely delicious! Myself and my coworkers enjoyed them thoroughly!

Stumbled upon this place while in Halifax on our last visit. The vegetarian option for burger week, “return of the mac” was amazing! Not to mention the dozen doughnuts we took home to share with our friends! Definitely a must visit while in the city !

Finally stopped in yesterday, wanted to get the skor doughnut but they were sold out by the time I got there, settled on a 6 pack of other assorted flavours and they were all amazing! Worth the price, so much better than your typical coffee shop doughnuts. Service was great, the lady working yesterday was knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be back :)

We ordered a large assortment of doughnuts for our daughter’s 5th birthday this past weekend and everyone enjoyed the treats. Love this place. Love the food. Always enjoy going in to try a new creation. The staff is great and very friendly. We really enjoy seeing Matt when we go in. He is always happy and friendly and ready to help. We went this morning at 9:30 and my kids and I were as happy to see Matt as we were that there was very little line.
