Amazing food! Amazing staff! Amazing environment! Nothing in the menu is bad. Everything are very tasty. I would recommend the new soup “potato bacon” that’s the best soup I’ve ever had in East Side Mario. We arrived at around 7:30pm that day. There’s lots of people but the food come fast! ❤️

You get a lot of food for what you pay for! Our server was very friendly and attentive and did a great job even when it got super busy. Food came out quickly and was delicious! Unlimited soup or salad and bread with your entrees is hard to beat. We will definitely be coming back.

My friend and I recently had lunch in Bayer's Lake and we were totally thrilled with the entire experience. Our waitress (Emily??) was amazing and polite and very efficient. The food was excellent and the portions were very healthy indeed. Fabulous caesar salad and small pizzas - great lunch - even took some home. The manager came to our table to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction and we chatted with him about our great experience. I would highly recommend the location at Chain Lake Drive for any meal...

My family and I had the best sever named Caryn. She welcomeed us and anticipated our needs without needing to be asked. Caryn was extremely nice and attentive. I am gluten free and she was able to guide me through the menu effortlessly and recommend many of her favorites. We never had to ask for anything other than telling Caryn our order. I really enjoyed my meal and time spent at East Side Mario's because my server made us a priority. Thank you so much Caryn, you deserve a high raise for the way you are with customers.

My experience has always been wonderful, the service is amazing aswell as the food and the place is always clean. I also want to give some notice to Michaela she is a waitress and serves the best customer service. She always has a smile and very nice and easy to get along with.

Visited this place for a lunch with 5 other people on a Saturday noon time. Eventhough place was really busy and we did not reserve seat prior to visit. They managed to find a table within 10 minutes of wait.
Service was very good and the waiter knows exactly what she is doing.
We got the starters without having much wait also the main course followed whenever we finished starters.
Authentic taste food in Italian style in a nice ambience but not too expensive.
Overall good experience.

We were in Bayers Lake today and thought we would stop into Eastside Mario's for lunch. Devon waited on us and he was awesome! His customer service was second to none.
I ordered a pizza with cauliflower crust which includes all you can eat soup (I went with the Italian wedding soup) and freshly baked bread. My daughter ordered the kids menu chicken fingers and fries and my wife ordered the all you eat salad and soup with baked bread. Everything was delicious and Devon's customer service made the experience top notch! Thanks again for your hospitality and we will be asking for you next time. 👍👍
//Update// We had friends visiting from Ontario and decided to meet them for lunch at East Side Mario's. We ended up with a different waiter this time (I forgot his name) but his service was awesome. The staff at the Bayers Lake location are second to none. Always attentive and accommodating. This time we ordered mussels, and fried calamari for appetizers and new main courses as well. The food was delicious and we will be back again. Keep up the great work! 👍👍

Stephanie was a great server. She was always available but not intrusive, quick at getting anything we asked for and made our dinner very pleasant. The food was great value. We got the amore deal which included an appetizer, two entrees and dessert and of course the all you can eat soup, salad and bread. We will definitely be back.

I went there yesterday with my dad, brother, sister in law and their friend for my dad’s birthday and I have to say our server Mason M was by far the best server I have had in a very long time. He was very nice and respectful of our privacy while we were eating, he waited until we were done eating to clear our plates which a lot of servers will intrude on us when we are trying to eat, he was very friendly towards us and went above and beyond what is usually expected at most restaurants we go to. Thank you Mason for being incredibly kind and for being amazing at your job. Thank you East Side Marios for the amazing food and service I will definitely be returning in the future!

I went in to dine alone as I had some errands to run in bayers lake. What a fun experience that was when I thought I would have my head down the whole time. My server was Alisha. So nice, sweet and accommodating. I felt like I wasn’t alone. I also had the GM pop by my table to say hi! I really do love feeling special and they made it happen!

Caryn was an absolutely wonderful server tonight. She knew what our needs were before we could even speak and was so amazing. She was quick with everything and came by more often than other servers, even noticing my slow in eating and brining a to go box before I had the chance to ask. 12/10 service

Good portions were great. Caesar salad was great, but needed more sauce or lemon. I would suggest asking for a slice. Our waitress Caryn was very knowledgeable about the menu, kind, courteous and patient. Enjoyed our meal.

Devin was our attentive and friendly waiter!! We enjoyed a cold beer and white wine while waiting. The food was really good, and came quicker than we expected which was great as we were rushing to a movie later. I had a chicken pasta dish and my husband had lasagna (he found the noodles a bit undercooked)which we did not mention. The salad and bread, all you can eat, was delicious. The portions sizes were generous. We enjoyed our meal very much. It was a busy time as it was evening so it was crowded and noisy but I expected this. A popular place! Thank you for an enjoyable evening.

We were so amazed today by the service
We received. We had a waitress named caryn and she was awesome. She treated our son like a little person and not a baby by interacting with him. She even brought him some soup while we waited for our food (which helped him not whine for something to pick at while we waited) she kept inquiring if we or him needed anything more that would make the service e better. It was a true delight to have brunch there today he loved that she even gave him some cheese so he could eat it on his own

Service was deplorable, food was undercooked (pasta was crunchy) and then management would not acknowledge the oversite. Also have to deal with Celiacs and they brought out salad with dressing but didn't know if the dressing was gluten free. Not the first time this has happened at this location but it will be the last. Do not recommend this location to anyone. 0 rating as far as I am concerned but you have to select a star or it wont post.
