I ordered to take out but it’s early morning so it’s only me in the store and the vibe was so great and chill so I decided to stay and enjoy my breakfast. I had Macha latte, egg tart, and Taiyaki Ham& Cheese. It’s delicious and enough energy for the morning. Tea is perfect, not too sweet. My wife had Honey Citron Tea, and tofu Taiyaki, she loved it.
Definitely go back in the near future.

I was visiting Halifax over the weekend and we went to Cafe Taiyaki for breakfast!!! What a neat experience it was. The cafe has great energy and atmosphere, very clean and super cute. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was tasty! I’m vegan so super grateful there were a few vegan options.

Such a great little spot for sandwiches and Taiyaki. The sandwich had a fun twist to it with its flaky and sweet « bun ». Generous potion or meat, cheese and crispy lettuce. The smoke meat sandwich was delicious!

I selected the party box of bite sized Taiyaki filled with chocolate/hazelnut, blueberry/cream cheese and pineapple. Such fun and tasty snacks to share with colleagues.

This place is the absolute cutest place to eat. The staff are so incredibly friendly and the food is delicious as well as cute! It caters really well to Vegans- we had sweet chilli tofu savoury sandwich and the sweet taiyaki as well and they had 6 different Vegan flavours to choose from. They also offer plant based milk and their coffee was great!

I ordered the kimchi tuna taiyaki and it was amazing! Fresh lettuce, just enough filling and the pastry was a tiny bit sweet 🤤 Was not expecting to be so impressed. The atmosphere was also on point — bright and clean.

Great experience with customer service, ambience and quality of food. I am gluten intolerant and staff were very helpful in explaining the options available. The menu is not suitable for coeliac but for regular GF it is fine. Really loved the sweet Taiyaki - I had blueberry and cream cheese and vanilla custard. Came back the next morning for breakfast…cheese and ham this time. Well worth the repeat visit…

Cafe with good selection of desserts and sandwiches. We ordered turkey stuffing, pulled chicken as well as spinach and feta sandwich, best was pulled chicken and worst was turkey stuffing (with jam!) also found the sandwiches a bit greasy. Desserts were decent as well. Overall the experience was good, food was just on the heavier side.

Such a cute cafe! I love the ambiance, it's chic while being super comfortable. The sweets are delicious, with the matcha taiyaki and hotteok being personal faves. The tea selection is great and complements the sweets, and I could drink absolute gallons of their Korean style coffee. 10/10 would recommend!

I had two original taiyaki: one red bean and one chocolate hazelnut. They were both delicious! The staff was also very friendly, explaining their menu to both myself and other customers who came in as I waited for my order.

Just visited for the first time - incredible ice cream sample twist of matcha and mango with a waffle fish shaped greasy and sprinkles on top! Americano was incredible way better then anything around there. Took a look at menu looks amazing. Breakfast looks amazing. Will definitely go back!

We finally got the chance to visit for the first time today! Our food & drinks were absolutely delicious and the staff was incredibly friendly despite being super busy. And the cafe itself is gorgeous! Beautiful big windows and the decor is so clean and relaxing. We'll definitely be back, and soon. <3

Just tried two Original style taiyakis, one with red bean and the other with blueberry. Both were crispy, sweet and delicious.
Next time, I'm definitely trying the ham & cheese....or maybe the pepperoni pizza one......or maybe I'll just get the blueberry again....I don't know!

Went for the first time with a friend today and we had the naked duo (matcha custard and sweet red bean variety), the mini gang w/ hazelnut chocolate filling and the hotteok cake with green tea. Everything was absolutely delicious. Beautiful spot and friendly staff. Will definitely be going back frequently!
